The breakfast, for the price, could be better but it was ok. I really do enjoy the selection of snacks and drinks and even sandwiches they have in the lobby!

The pool, honestly. It was probably about 65 outside during our stay and although the actual room the pool was in was warm, the pool was wayyyyy tooo cold. Please consider putting in a heater or a hot tub for the guests. I can't imagine the pool would even be usable ,even indoors, in the colder months.

We have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn once before, so enjoyed our second visit once again. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfy. Very convenient location for the things we did this weekend.

I forgot my pillow from home, so had to get used to the pillows. Not a big deal

The most important was distance from Chicago which was 28min driving from hotel to Millennium Park parking via route 88, after whole day in big, loud, full of people downtown Chicago we back to calm hotel where you can relax and recharge batteries for next day, that is great safe space for your family

All was great, beautiful surroundings with pond, close to everything

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was really a good spread of different things to choose from. I was very excited that it had a refrigerator and a microwave even a coffee maker.

Everything was perfect except for the very uncomfortable bed. It was so hard 😫 my husband requested two extra comforters so that we could pad the bed to make it more comfortable but it didn't help and the pillows were way to flat. And there was no safe in the room.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The lady providing housekeeping service was very friendly and prompt with our requests.

With room refresh limited to every 4 days, I’d like to have a few more places to hang towels/clothes in the bathroom. Only two hooks on the door was limiting.

Close to 355 and downtown Naperville but far enough away where it wasn't too loud or busy. The room was decent size and staff was nice. It has a bar from like 5-11pm and a nice lobby.

The bed was uncomfortable and hard. The breakfast was not included which was disappointing but we could buy it. From what we saw, the breakfast was small.

Overcharged for the room based on what Booking.com originally said. Luckily I matched the receipt from the hotel with my Booking.com total online. The hotel gave me a $60 refund.

Staff was very helpful and kind especially Sedina and Brian at the front desk. Our frig was not working well, so it was replaced within 15 mins. Beds were were very comfortable, clean rooms, quiet area, quiet room and great coffee in the lobby. Value of the room was excellent.

No negative comments at all! We will stay there again. We are very picky about hotels. We need a quiet and clean room/hotel, and we experienced that. The added bonus was the great value for our money.
