Unexpected bonuses: hot breakfast, which was good. Amazing waffle maker! Microwave in the room. Very helpful staff (with one minor exception). Comfortable bed in a very quiet room. Computer complete WITH PRINTER so we could get boarding passes for our flight out.

Good and varied breakfasts, comfortable beds, very kind and accommodating staff, location close to highways and many stores availability of fridge and microwave in each room is a huge plus. Excellent value for money!

Towels could be better. No bat or restaurant in the hotel (it is a three star property, but a five star). Happy to see hotel is arranging for ordering in service for food. But BYOB

Hotel has recently been beautifully remodeled; staff was very friendly & accommodating; breakfast options were above the norm;

WiFi didn’t work in our room but I was told that I should’ve called the front desk & they could have had it refreshed

The breakfast was great. The facility was very clean great water, pressure / hot water in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable.

The TV in the room was only basic cable, and the reception was not good.

Clean Hotel, basic but as a 2* establishment didn't expect anything too fancy! Good location if you have a car, not so great if you are having to rely on public transport. Room was clean, and large.

Breakfast was very basic, whilst the waffle machine and tea/coffee making facilities are good, the selection of breads (and no pastries) was poor. Nice large kitchen/dining area - would have liked non-plastic cutlery though!

I have stayed at Best Western several times. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They attend to my needs quickly. They go the extra mile to handled situations that is unpleasant.

Upon arrival, I always inspect the room. In the bathtub was a wad of hair around the stopper. I reported it and the matter was handle quickly. The next day, the entire room was deep cleaned. I really appreciate how it was handled. Cod use a better variety for breakfast.

Easy check in very friendly staff. Room was nice and clean. Bed was so comfortable, we overslept.

The bathroom sink area was small. No room to leave toiletries out. We asked for a disability room with a shower chair, and the chair had a bent leg and I felt it was unsafe for my husband, who had dementia.

The location was perfect food spots around and a lot cheaper then staying in Chicago

WiFi didn’t work the entire time with the tv so weren’t able to access Netflix or YouTube.

Room was clean not terribly priced. I have been in better tubs but it was HUGE and clean. The room was not to far away easily accessible. Gives lots of towels. Which was nice with the jetted tub

The location was not great for driving or getting into. It took 10 minutes to turn into the parking lot because of traffic
