Loved the free breakfast & was close to stores walgreens across the street I bought snacks there . The restaurant next to the hotel was wonderful

Only gripe was trouble getting things from the vending machine. It's 3rd party so not the business fault in my eyes I just went over to walgreens to get snacks

The front desk was exceptionally good! So friendly and accommodating. That king-size bed we had was so so comfortable and the bath towels were white and fluffy. It was a great stay, we will be returning when we visit Chicago in the future!

I should have requested a room a little closer to the elevator...after a night of walking the Navy Pier after our dinner cruise, then trying to get to our room, I could hardly make it!

The breakfast was good with waffles, sausage, cereals, juices and the like. The staff kept the place clean and we didn't have to wait to eat - bonus. The vending machines are well stocked also. We had a suite at the end of the hotel, so parking was a breeze. We spent 4 nights. The sun came in through the bedroom window (as well as the parking lot lights), but the blackout curtains did their job. The Dunkin' Donuts a block away is nice too!

It is an older building, so no 5 stars on paint freshness, but the room, towels and bedding were all clean and crisp. The refrigerator was a little noisy on startup, but we closed the door to the bedroom and didn't notice. Oh, and the upper parking lot floods in heavy rain. You will need baggies for your shoes during a deluge. :-)

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious beds n pillows so comfortable. Only 25 minutes from our family in Chicago.

Comfy bed, apartment like rooms and nice smell in the hotel. Good breakfast selections!

The lighting can be little dark for our liking but no deal breaker!

Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was located close but not too close to what I wanted to do in the area. Plenty of room to relax in the room.

The caulking around bathtub had black mold. No other issues.

I had a couple of Maitenance issues. The refrigerator made noise. The washing machine didn’t work.

The staff is exceptionally helpful.
