Extra fridge and microwave to be put in the room on request. (stay for 12 days)

The light in the rooms is not sufficient, for example for a proper use of the mirror in the room would be an extra lamp necessary. Contrary to the bath room, where the light from above is blending and the mirror is too far away for doing the make up properly, an extra small cosmetic mirror would be a pleasure.

Horrible Horrible Horrible internet connection. I have been using this facility for few years now. Almost, always have to go to another location for my virtual meetings! They should really address this if they want to have repetitive business travelers.

The hotel lobby is beautiful! The room was very spacious. I liked that it had two tv’s, couch and a kitchen with microwave and refrigerator. The bed was really comfortable. Great location!

The curtains are dated. The carpet had a few stains. The ceiling over the tub/shower experienced a prior leak and the plaster in and around that area looks very unappealing. It looked like water was still sitting and the ceiling was going to eventually cave in. Overall, it was good!!

very nice open space in lobby, room well appointed and love having door to bedroom with executive king suite

poor insulation around Ac unit causing cold air flow. note at front desk said maid service every 3 days however we never received this service.

the event we had in the atrium area was lovely and the food was hot and delicious. Also the morning breakfast buffet is wonderful although no one had told us our breakfasts were free.

We stayed here due to a wedding and the lobby and facilities are wonderful and the bed was comfortable. Location is very convenient to many surrounding suburbs and the Morton Arboretum is also nearby.

Room was a little drab and found a lot dust and a dead bug along the walls which was disappointing considering this was a fairly expensive stay.

Excellent location. Easy to find. Clean

The ambience and décor were marvelous, everything was very clean and tidy. The staff were helpful and polite, any and all questions were answered promptly without confusion. The room was warm and well-supplied, the bed and pillows were probably the softest/fluffiest I've ever experienced.

I was told there would be breakfast. There was no breakfast. Y'all need to amend your advertisements if you're not actually serving food, especially if you want me to pay for said non-existent food. The in-hotel restaurant looked lovely, pity it was shut down during my stay, boxed dinners stored under a heat lamp just don't compare to a sit-down meal at the end of the day.

we like our stay in this hotel very nice people good service but the only think i don't like it the pool was cold but everything else we love it

Good variety of fruits, crispy bacon and coffee

Gym was messy and lack of towels in one of the days I used it. The racquetball courts were not swept.
