Outside appeared ok, but unkept nearby, so that detracts from hotel aesthetics. Young lady operating desk on Thursday evening was professional in her manner and appearance, but other employees were unkept and even looked unclean! More attention to appearance is required for travelers.

Terrible breakfast with mostly unhealthy food. Opened too late for many travelers to enjoy a light meal before having to go to airport. Driver to airport was pleasant and helpful but must keep a rigid time frame. Must not turn around for late-comers! That just enables travelers to operate as they wish on their own schedules. Rooms need to be more warm appearing…. Wall photos or art, a few amenities like available Kleenex, coffee maker, soap, and shampoo. I realize the hotel price is for the bargain traveler, but little things make a difference.

The room and bathroom were very clean....spotless in fact. Bed was very comfortable, with lovely pillows. Breakfast offerings were good with a fair amount of choice from yogurt, fruit and cereal, to fresh muffins and cooked items. Juice and coffee was available as well.

Room was advertised as a "deluxe" room, including microwave, fridge and coffeemaker. None of these items were in the room...not a big deal for me since I was only staying one night and didn't need them. No cable TV. Again, not a big loss for me as I can stream it on my laptop. However, this room was priced a little higher than others, so these things should have been included in the room.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, very comfortable bed.

No tea/coffee facility in room. Advertised as larger room with microwave and refrigerator, but it did not have these things. I didn't really need them for a one- night stay so did not address with staff, but was charged a higher room rate,($25 more than the other room I booked for the same night). Rates should be consistent, or at least provide the advertised facilities.

I don't really understand why the rating is low. This place is awesome for the price range. Clean rooms, no unpleasant odors like other inns inthis category, helpful staff, more than decent breakfast. Coffee is crap, but that's an American thing. Being close to O'Hare airport, the clients are very international. They also offer long term parking, great option for your travel. I booked parking with SpotHero. Proximity to both downtown and the airport make it a great choice. If you don't want to spend more, this is your best bet.

Standard was as good as we have found in similar hotels. The place was quiet despite being near a busy road, the rooms were comfortable and clean with nice towels and bedding, always a plus to find. breakfast was adequate and coffee was as good as it gets.

Shame about having to go to far end of hotel to find a lift, seems like a bit of bad planning!

Location

The receipt.. it should always state the time you check in and check out for security reasons. It only show time I checked in and I wasn’t comfortable with it. I wanted the time I checked out to appear on the receipt so I case of anything, my receipt will be used as evidence.

I did not have breakfast, I had to rush to the airport. The front desk young man was exceptional, professional and, very knowledgeable and accomodating.

The sink in the bathroom did not drain well but the room was emaculate and the bed was really comfortable!

The room was clean and warmed up enough!

No disposable slippers, cause it was uncomfortable to use bathroom barefoot! The bill for the room slightly increased when I paid it on front desk. Additional extra 3$, I don’t know why I was charged for that.

Breakfast wasn't so grand with a lot of variety. It was just okay to get ypu started for the day. My kids were okay with it but wanted a lot more of variety to pick from.

More food options for breakfast.

Staff very friendly easy check in and accommodated me reservations for an early arrival. She also fixed a wrong reservation room very understanding staff. Spacious room and comfortable bed.

Not many local restaurants nearby.
