Room was very large except for the bathroom area. There was a small living room with pullout couch and chairs and a small kitchenette. Breakfast was better than most locations, although the food served does not change on a daily basis. This location was very quiet, has two very nice walkable restaurants nearby, and featured free onsite parking which you don't get as you move closer to Chicago. Check in staff were nice/friendly. A bit firmer beds and options with different pillow shapes and thicknesses made sleeping nice.

This air conditioner had squeals when the coolent was activated; maybe a loose belt? While we like the location, we spent a lot of time in Chicago, which is a 30-60 trip depending on time of day.

The room was awesome, lots of sleeping options for our big family & a very nice layout. Breakfast was great too! We liked that it is close enough to the airport to see the planes regularly but recognize not everyone would like that...the sound did not bother us when in the room. Nice restaurant options next to the hotel too!

Only one TV splitting the room was not great, a big room should expect more people (especially families with kids) and it would be nice to watch separate things. I wish breakfast would have opened sooner because I had to leave for an early event & so didn't get to enjoy more than a grab-n-go muffin.

Overall, I liked everything very much, a large room, a good breakfast for the whole family, close to the airport, and a quiet area around the hotel.

I didn't understand why I was charged $7 twice after check-out. We didn't order anything extra during our short stay at the hotel, it was only one night. I wrote a message through Booking, but didn't get a response. The amount is not large, of course, but I just wanted to know what it was for.

We stayed for 3 nights The hotel is very nice and comfortable, room clean and quite large. Location near the airport. We were traveling daily by car to Chicago so hard to say but public transport could be difficult. Breakfast quite good compared to what we experienced in US.😉

Capacity of the breakfast staff and kitchen definitely below the number of guests so quite often missing products and long time for refill.

The breakfast was great. The free shuttle service within a 5 mile radius was perfect for us! We were there for a dance competition and didn't have to worry about using Lyft or Uber because we could use the shuttle to the venue. The shuttle girl was awesome! Even gave us an absolutely AMAZING recommendation on a great place for Chicago Deep Dish pizza!

The pool was WAY TOO COLD.

The location was tucked away but close to several stations. The room was really clean and looked like new. The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially the clerk who helped us check in, though I’m sorry my poor memory forgot their name. They remembered mine though! The amount of outlets was also notable, a lot of hotels I find myself struggling to find even one so it was nice to have a few.

I wish there was a privacy curtain that went around the entire shower. That was a pretty unpleasant surprise. To be honest, the glass isn’t as frosty as you think and I was pretty uncomfortable with the lack of even the option of privacy.

The room was very large.

I had to wait over an hour to check in, even after letting the hotel know my arrival time. Breakfasts always seemed to have limited supplies, from cutlery to teas. Staff were very slow at restocking supplies. The pool wasn't cleaned regularly and floating hair was a normality.

Close to the expressway & all industrial neighbourhoods. Well maintained & serviced. Free parking. Most importantly, some of the nicest staff I’ve come across on my trips to the US. Special mention to Hema, Diego, Tejdeep & Dedipiya amongst others. Immensely courteous & helpful at all times. I will definitely visit again.

Grace greeted us with a smile and was polite and answered all my questions without any problem or hesitations. For the most part, everything was clean and smelled good. The housekeeping was great and very polite!

The cleanliness of the elevators during my stay was 4 nights, and the elevators were not cleaned in 2 or more days I know because the same coffee stains were on the floor and wall. I could not log on to the internet at all the entire time I was there. Grace was not there, the other girls at the desk were of no help.

Pleasant and quiet hotel situated close to motorways and only 1.5 miles from the Metra train station at Itasca. Rooms are spacious and well appointed, with large sofa area, small kitchen unit and desk. The bathrooms are spacious and have everything you may need. There is a safe for storing valuables and the beds are large and very comfortable. I was initially given room 422, but found it was directly next to a very loud ice vending machine. The staff were really helpful in moving me to room 301 which was lovely and quiet. Breakfast selection is good with everything you may need to start off your day. Getting into Chicago is easy via the Metra train from Itasca, the hotel shuttle will take you to the station free of charge, but equally just as easy to get an Uber/Lyft to the station and back. The trip into Union Station takes approx 45 minutes.

Everything was good. I have no complaints.
