Every thing

On my last day while I was leaving and checking out, the staff on front desk was not friendly at all very rude and told me that my statement is not true about the Wi-Fi. I told her multiple times that when I checked in the staff, even the manager told me that Wi-Fi is included and she told me right on my face that I’m lying. I did not like that comment I told manager about it on which he gave me credit and voluntarily like he was very good basically so everything was good except except for this last day encountered with front desk the area was good. Location was good. Hotel was good comfortable clean. Everything was great about this property.

Rooms were very clean, large and functional. I would highly recommended the suites to anyone with a family because there is a lot of space. Bathroom was clean and open, 2 people can use st the same time with privacy.

I only stayed one night so there wasn't anything to really not like. Parking was hard some times but that's no fault to the hotel. Air conditioning coupdve been better. Only thing is I called housekeeping and tge front desk at 11pm and never got a response I needed extra blankets.

Fitness center has very good variety of machines! Bar is also very good and very easy to get to! Lots of food places around and very close to the high way! My room was awesome shower and bathtub

I was sleeping in the morning and the cleaning lady tried to come into our room. Check out isn't untill 11 and it was only 8 am .. good thing the door had the extra lock and wasn't able to open the door all the way

Breakfast buffet pricey but totally worth it, upscale offerings and good variety. Room was luxurious. BIG plus was awesomely helpful staff, always smiling. Very safe and quiet area.

Room was great, but a little odd... tiny bathroom sink and counter, space taken up by full bathtub that I doubt is used much. Second foldout bed made up, don't know why. Sofa may have been better. Location was a bit trying... miles from anywhere commercial, in a vast sea of office parks that seem mostly deserted. Easy to get to airport... but quite a journey to get to town.

Everything was top of the line here, definitely a business first type of hotel. Very classy in that respect. All of the employees were very nice and accommodating. The room was big and very inviting. And if you like to exercise , the. Room was big and had a lot of different machines plus even free weights if that's your thing, plus free water and fruit. For breakfast you could order specifically what u wanted or choose from the many options that they had available.

I wish the pool was indoor.

It's a beautiful hotel in a very quiet area. The room was very comfortable. We did have a very noisy couple in the room next to us on the first night, though. Restaurant food and service was great. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel was perfect. The set up of the suite was nice. They had full size shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the shower.

The mini fridge in the room wasn’t working properly. The mattress on the pull out couch was not comfortable at all, I could feel the springs. the room was somewhat dusty. There were also some stains on the couch and bed sheets.The incidental fee was $50 a night. There was no complimentary breakfast. They had a buffet that was around $15.

Breakfast food offerings and service was outstanding. Beds were very comfortable.

Handicap accessable room showers were clumsy and not 4 star quality. Pocket doors for bathroom made a loud clonking noise.

Location and the suites are very nice and spacious

The refrigerator did not work replaced for another one that didn’t work. The light by the sink area was out and the bedroom tv had to be turned on by Maintenance because something was wrong with it.

The breakfast was great. The building is very impressive/ also entryway..

The bathroom could be up graded. Needs a vent .. the windows needs cleaning..
