Large room with everything I needed.... Fridge, microwave, safe, good shower, comfy bed, desk, ice and vending machines. The breakfast was OK and coffee and tea were available all night at Reception. They also offer a free airport shuttle service, even if you just want to catch the Blue Line into town. There are a couple of food options close by but the best.... Korner House Bar & Grill - literally around the corner, 5 mins walk. Great food at really good prices and open until 4.00am.

Nothing really - there was a slight smell in the corridors which wasn't too bad. It's an old hotel but for a budget hotel, I really enjoyed it and would stay again. It's a long way from downtown Chicago, but I wanted to be near the airport.

As our flight was in the evening, requested for a late check-out.. Till 12 noon, it was a compliment and after 12 noon, they offered it for "$10 per hour" until 4 pm... I ended up paying $40 until 4 pm which helped us... Their shuttle service to airport was too good... Had 4 check-in bags and 3 carry-ons... The driver was too good... With lotsa baggage, he dropped us at the exact airline spot and it was easy for us to check-in... He also helped to unload bags at the airport... International Departure was just 20 minutes drive from the hotel .. Bathroom was clean and neat...

We very much enjoyed our stay very much. It's the perfect Hotel if you have an early flight. The price for the room in comparison to other hotels is amazing the room is spacious and clean and you have all amenities like microwave and fridge. The people at the reception were all very helpful and nice and the airport shuttle is amazing. You can call on demand when you are at the terminal and they will pick you up for free. If you want to go to the city and the airport shuttle is not available at the moment you have a bus right on the street to Rosemont where you can take the CTA to the city.

The rooms are modern and comfortable. The fitness center is small with just three machines and no weights or stretching area, but I appreciated having somewhere to run on a treadmill. The free shuttle service from the airport and back to get the metro into downtown was helpful. Excellent reception from the staff.

The breakfast wasn’t great from a health conscious perspective (all bread, waffles, and other sweets) and it ended on the early side at 9am. The location for arriving to the city is too far, but convenient for the airport.

I really enjoyed it It was a nice place with helpful friendly staff and I loved the pool and the free breakfast was a great way to start the day Only slight downside is location I imagine most tourists like I was are gonna be staying there with the intention of going into Chicago It’s easy enough to get into the city however and this isn’t necessarily the motel’s fault but the bus that was meant to take me to Rosemont station didn’t show up the day I checked out and o had to walk 3 miles carrying luggage to getting to a bus that would so it’s something to consider

Breakfast is bad. Pasture. The elevator was very dirty. My feet stuck to the floor.

The room is good, I didn't see any problems, the bathroom could be a little more modern, good hot water, cleanliness too. Good service at reception, attentive and calm.

I really didn't like the behavior of the van drivers, they left me without a transfer to the airport simply because I didn't schedule it a day in advance. On the last day of the van with only 2 passengers the driver also complained that I didn't schedule it, and I was left at the door waiting for the van, even on the advice of the nice guy who was at the reception.

I liked everything about our stay! The staff was friendly, always welcoming and helpful with tips. We really appreciated that because it was our first time to Chicago. The shuttle to the airport was a great plus, breakfast simple, but solid. Rooms are big and super clean. Excellent value for the price.

The hotel is 1.5 hours from downtown, but they offer free shuttle to the airport where you can take the blue line. Rooms are not soundproof, which wasn't a big deal for us because we are heavy sleepers, but there is that.

The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the convenience of the shuttle was perfect for my layover. I felt this was great value for the money when compared with other hotels in Chicago.

I was disappointed the only option to arrange for the shuttle was to call. As an international traveler on a layover this meant I had to turn on my roaming for one phone call costing me $14. Option to call through a Web based app like WhatsApp or Facebook messenger would have been much more convenient as I could have used the free airport WiFi. In the absence of this option would be nice to see a courtesy phone to use at the airport.

I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort, and especially the staff. Based on the super low rate that we paid, I was expecting a terrible experience, but we missed our plane, and we were trying not to spend any extra money. I have never stayed at a hotel in my life that had better staff interactions. Incredibly helpful and pleasant!!!

The carpets in the hallways looked like they have been through a couple of wars, but they were clean. Things did not smell bad, and they were not dirty. Just old...
