Breakfast was very good considering it comes in the room rate. They was quite a good selection of food items to choose from. However, the omelette eggs were cold on one of the days and there isn't a wider selection of hot food items. Coffee/tea is provided in the lobby all day! The room was clean and modern with great amenities - fridge, microwave, tea/coffee machine, iron/ironing board and hairdryer. For the most part the staff were friendly and helpful.

I had an issue with making contact with the hotel when I arrived. I had a very unhelpful member of staff check me in. He did not explain anything to me other than where my room was located,. He provided no information. However, the next day, another staff member was more than happy to thoroughly answer all my questions. I stayed 3 nights, and not once was my room cleaned and trash emptied.

Hotel is new, very clean, and quiet! Conveniently located less than 2 miles from O'Hare Airport and there are several convenient shopping/restaurant options (fast food, sit-down dining, Target, etc.) nearby. Hot complimentary breakfast was a nice plus. Front desk staff were very responsive and helpful.

I chose this hotel because of its free airport shuttle and proximity to the airport. This hotel's shuttle seemed to be less frequent than other shuttles; we waited at the airport for 50 minutes for our pickup, which wasn't a big deal, but we saw other hotels send two or even three shuttles during that same time period. Later, when departing our hotel for our flight, we flagged for hotel staff that we intended to take the shuttle and waited in the designated area. The shuttle serves two hotels and goes to another hotel to pickup passengers first. Unfortunately the shuttle was filled at the first hotel and we were asked to wait another 45 minutes for the next shuttle. I was disappointed with the frequency and reliability of the shuttle.

George at the front desk is GREAT! When we arrived to check in he was handling a nasty/belligerent customer in a calm and professional manner. He turned to us with a smile ready to help us and we were impressed and complimented the way the situation was handled. Later we realized our shower was out of shampoo and body wash and when we stopped by the desk he took us straight to the supply room to get us new ones as well as extra towels. The location cannot be beat if you are there for concerts/shows. A very easy walk to Allstate and restaurants/shops. Parking is easy and plentiful. We have stayed here many times for events and will always do so when available!

Shower and sink were clogged and didn't drain so you end up standing in several inches of dirty water, and supplies in the shower were empty upon arrival.

The airport shuttle didn't show up and the person at the main desk keep telling me that he was on his way. We wait at Chicago O'Hare airport for the shuttle for 1 hour and ended up taking an uber.

Location was perfect for a morning flight. Rooms were well equipped and comfortable. Fitness room didn't have a lot of equipment but it was adequate. Staff were friendly and accomodating. There are quite a few restaurants and shops nearby, although not great to get to without a car.

Breakfast was disappointing. First of all, Styrofoam plates and plastic cutlery??? Horrible for the environment, and there is a full kitchen right there. Either use real plates and cutlery that can be washed, or get compostable products. Secondly, the food on offer left a lot to be desired. Bread: only sliced white sandwich bread and white bagels. No wholewheat or healthier options. Sugary cereals. No plant-based milk options.

Stayed here when the hotel was new for an Agust D concert and stayed again, this time, for J Hope's concert. This is the perfect place to stay if you're attending an event at Allstate Arena, it's a short walk through the parking lot to the arena. No waiting in traffic or waiting for an Uber, just walk back to the hotel after the event. Breakfast was as good as always, the staff is really nice and the beds are extremely comfortable. If you like planes, this is the perfect hotel for watching the planes land at O'Hare. They have good soundproofing though, so you can't really hear the planes when you're inside the hotel. We came to Chicago by train, took the Blue Line to O'Hare and we were picked up by the hotel shuttle. It was just a good experience all around. Would absolutely stay again for any other events at Allstate Arena.

The bedroom was comfortable, tidy and quiet. I was happy with my sleep, and comfort in the room. I liked the reception staff who really understood my traveling situation to the hotel and tried to be helpful as much as they can.

Breakfast was very unhealthy wheat, milk products only, nothing really fresh, oranges and apples that is it. So next time I would skip it. All the plastic plates and cups are so behind with modern thinking used a lot of it. It is not take away place it is a hotel so better to charge extra for breakfast and do it properly or not to have it at all to have just drinks and porridge. The transaction with the airport must improve. Other hotels run the transfer 24 hours. I was not informed it runs only until 21:45, even though I told my arrival time. So I struggle with that for two hours as the taxi drivers were insane with the prices for 3 miles. It was bad experience to get to hotel so staff is aware and really will take care of it they told me :)

Shuttle is about worthless, very little space and very limited times.

The location is great. The breakfast has a variety of selection. It has a gym and an access to pool. The rooms are spacious. The receptionists are extremely helpful.

I would like to have the option of decaf coffee and less use of plastics during breakfast. It would be great if they could mention on their site that their airport shuttle has Hyatt on it as it was impossible to see the name of the shuttle while waiting at the airport and it was -20C outside. Also helpful if they can post the frequency of their shuttles on their website or on their booking.com hotel info.

It was an amazing stay! Very comfortable, the staff was helpful for any question I had and it was a very simple check in/check out process. I came for two nights of concerts at the Allstate Arena and the location cannot be beat! The bed was comfortable and even though it is close to the airport unless you are listening for the planes I didn’t hear them.

The only thing that was even slightly disappointing during my stay was the lack of breakfast variety. All three mornings I was there the only meat selection was sausage. I personally cannot eat sausage but it wasn’t a deal breaker.
