I was happy with the available parking. The room had the accommodations I would have expected. The breakfast was sufficient. I loved the convention center shuttle availability. The elevator access was optimal, very near the door. Housekeeping was very accommodating having changed our towels and made our bed.

It was unfortunate having been put on the third floor. We could hear details in conversations in the hallway, giving us serious concerns about guest privacy. An other guest aggressively knocked on the communicating door when we arrived. We had only received one key card despite reserving for two guests. Not that it’s a fault of the hotel but it is worth noting that there was a severe dust storm during our stay.

The hotel is in the perfect location! It is just a few minutes away from the Allstate Arena, which is of course ideal if you are attending a concert there. The airport shuttle was timely and very convenient. The train station was just a short, inexpensive Lyft ride away from the hotel as well. The staff was very attentive; we had an issue with the light in our room and they promptly reassigned us to another room, which was nicer and more appealing.

The breakfast was not up to par with our expectations. Also, the soaps they provided were extremely tiny and not the most comfortable for an adult to use in the shower. I would suggest carrying your own soap or purchasing at a store nearby.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The microwave in the room was very useful. They allowed me to check-in an hour before the usual time. Their shuttle facility was excellent. They provided a pickup and drop at the airport as well as the Donald E. Stephens Convention Centre. The staff at the reception desk was polite and helping. They also helped me in getting a taxi. The breakfast was good. I am a vegetarian and still had quite a lot of things to eat, such as bread, muffins, fruits, juice, and cereal. Overall I had a great stay!

They could also consider having a dispenser for drinking water. They do have vending machine. I think providing free drinking water would be more valuable than providing free coffee!

Hotel is not far from the airport, so its a good option not to spend a lot of money and still be close to the airport. Hotel provides a shuttle service, so that was nice. Also the staff was very friendly and did not charged me for an early check-in and even offered a breakfast same day I arrived.

The room had a bath tub, but there was no plug to keep the water in the tub, so was impossible to have bath, only to shower. Breakfast doesn't have any healthy options and not a lot to choose from.

Location, location since I needed a close hotel to where I had an outpatient surgery. Comfort Inn Convention Center's staff was able to check us in much earlier to the official time due to my own personal circumstances after such medical procedure. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast quality went beyond my own expectations and all the CICC-Chicago O'Hare Airport were very friendly and accommodating. My wife and I were frequent guests at Tiffanys Restaurant just across from the hotel's parking lot. Their food was delicious and they offered as a discount for being passengers from that Comfort Inn. A great experience!

The room was wonderful! It was clean, the bed was firm and linens were clean. Amenities were nice(T.V. microwave, refrig, coffee pot, etc ) We really enjoyed our stay!

It is noisy(traffic/planes) what can you say....it is very close to O'Hare. The staff were somewhat nice....just wasn't informative. I wasn't directed to where our room was located (we figured that out by looking for it) or what the properties Wi-Fi login info was? Never did find that out(one-night stay) These small details are usually customary. And you don't need to ask. You never know.

Breakfast was adequate but would have benefitted from greater variety. Good sized room with good facilities.

Staff were not the friendliest we have ever encountered, particularly when checking in. Although a shuttle service was provided by the hotel to the airport, it was not always possible to get on it and we had to wait a considerable time on on occaision. Not really an airport hotel as a good distance from the airport. Room could have been more thoroughly cleaned. Got a piece of broken plastic in my foot.

Waited an hour for the hotel/airport shuttle. Phoned the hotel three times- when it finally arrived, the driver did not help with luggage, was talking on his cell phone/bluetooth the entire time. More disturbing, he opened the door while driving down the highway, and kept it open a long time?!! Scary. He never acknowledged any of us aboard nor did he leave his seat to help with luggage.

Even though this hotel looks quite old, I enjoyed staying here for 2 nights. Clean room. Nice bed to sleep on. Wifi is good. A simple breakfast that matches the room price offered. The shuttle bus is free and easy to use. Good staffs, especially night shuttle driver (when he picked me up at 11pm on April 28, 2024) was very friendly and kind to help lift and unload my luggages. There is also Tiffany's Restaurant Cafe next to the hotel with reasonable prices and good food.

My ten-year anniversary stay at Comfort Inn was absolutely delightful! The cozy atmosphere, impeccable service, and attention to detail made our celebration truly memorable. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

While our overall stay at Comfort Inn was pleasant, I would suggest improving the initial interaction with guests. When we requested to see the room before booking, the receptionist politely declined. However, I believe this situation could have been handled better to ensure a more seamless experience for guests.
