The Classic Breakfast was amazing. It was cooked and prepared on ordering. It was very very tasty and not like the breakfasts that you usually get already prepared. Those breakfasts are tasteless. Each morning I had the Classic Breakfast perfectly served by a very friendly waiter. A breakfast beautifully prepared and enjoyable to eat . Full Marks for Service and Breakfast.

I stayed for two nights duration on two occasions. I noticed the rooms were not made up on either occasion. I would like the room to be made up each day as it used to be

It was nice, my fiancé and i came because i was receiving cancer treatment in Chicago and we live 4 hours away so we decided to just spend the night. The beds were super comfy and the staff was friendly as well.

the pantry was a bit overpriced. There was a snowstorm outside and we got hungry so we got some food and it was like $27 for 2 drinks and 2 ice creams and a small bag of chips. which all would cost like $13-$14 at the gas station but that’s not the staff’s fault. They were sweet and we loved it there regardless.

Location was perfect. I couldn't accommodate my two friends at my home so I reserved accommodations at this hotel which was about 5 minutes from my home. They were very pleased. I picked them up every morning...and dropped them off at night. They said the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Location - My son lives in the area so it close to his home.

I feel the cost of a room is too high. The hotel needs to be remodeled. Plus when you stay multiple nights and you do not request house keeping everyday, you do not receive a cost reduction for those additional days.

Location very good. Room was comfortable. We didn't try breakfast - I wanted just toast and coffee. Or pastry and coffee.

The sheets on the bed were strange strips and got all tangled up during the night.

Location was outstanding, centrally located to major transportation routes such as I-88, I-355, US-83, Cermak Rd and Wolf Rd. Hotel is very close to Oak Brook are with many restaurants and shopping choices. The room and common areas were clean and well maintained. On-site parking was convenient. We did not take advantage of the complimentary breakfast but we appreciated the complimentary coffee each morning.

Some guests may like it but we did not care for the scented air being pumped into the lobby.

We did not eat breakfast. Not sure if it was extra. Stayed overnight to be close to Loyola Hospital the next morning for surgery. We were told that we would be given a better rate but have not checked that yet.

Not sure if there was a continental breakfast available. We needed to leave to get to check into Loyola.

Room was very dark, comfortable but hard to do things. They also forgot to stock our coffee supplies while we were there.

There was no breakfast included, but there was breakfast available in the main lobby/bar area that was great and not too expensive. Our room was very comfortable. The location was nice, in a business park area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very professional but also very friendly.

Very nice hotel in safe, if isolated, location. Great bed and pillows. Nice bathroom and decor.

No wifi on 5th floor far from elevator. No free breakfast.
