The location is perfect

Receptionist “Ms. Brenda” was unhelpful and unprofessional; she was often curt and never greet us or say good morning. In contrast, other staff members such as Richi, Kumar, Peter, and another staff whose name I cannot recall, were exceptionally helpful and provided excellent service.

Close to several stores and bed was so comfortable.

The fire alarm went off and scared the whole building but front desk staff was calm and had it fixed after about 15 minutes. Traffic was bad outside so it made it difficult to stay asleep.

I had it booked for two nights and I could stay one cuz my mom went in the hospital I had to come back to Lincoln and I tried to call you guys and got a hold of some lady that was giving me too many numbers to call customer service so I need to refund for one night

It was clean not totally bad for a motel.

The breakfast was trash and the front desk staff was rude. They ignored us the first night when we checked in and they got one of the rooms wrong. They fixed it the following day but their customer service skills need improvement.

Very comfortable beds. Air and heat worked great. Clean. Had quite a few choices for breakfast. For the price, one of the best motels we have stayed at.

I was very grateful that there was a continental breakfast, which was great. They had cereal, bagels, a waffle maker, yogurt, they had pre packaged cinnamon rolls etc, juice.

Overall, I was pleased with everything. The front desk staff was very friendly and polite.

Checking in was excellent, very clean and location was perfect. I'd recommend this place, the staff is awesome, very polite and professional, and actually one of the better staffs since staying at different places

No one came and cleaned the room for 3 days of my stay I asked they sailed tomorrow morning they well but they didn’t

It's the staff that makes you want to come back.

The bathrooms need to be updated and the carpet in the rooms and the window dressings all need to be redone.
