Amazing location not far from downtown plenty of stores and eating options. I traveled with kids so the refrigerator and stove were handy. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a hotel! We had an issue with the pull out mattress and they fixed it immediately. Housekeeping was very attentive! They also have a grill fire pit, and basketball rim!

The breakfast was good I just wish they had waffles. Other than that no complaints

I love this hotel because it has a kitchen with stove . They had every utensil from spoons moves cups even measuring cups. The fridge also had an ice maker in it which made ice very quickly. That’s better than walking around to find an ice machine. The nightly deposit is also affordable.

I believe the walls are a little thin so I heard the neighbors singing happy birthday to a kid. But they didn’t stay up all night. Once we turned the tv up some we couldn’t hear them

Check-in was very fast and smooth. The staff were kind and informative. The room exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was fair with a variety of choices, and there was availability to carry snacks and breakfast for the journey.

There was no kettle or complete coffee maker in the room, while there were plenty of coffee and tea bags.

Love it was quiet and easy to check in and out. The breakfast was wonderful I was so happy that they had turkey sausage on the last day that we were there. The room was amazing, we really didn't expect it to be like that. We were close to everything that we wanted to see and explore. The manager that check us in was cool ass hell (Manny). There was enough room for all four of us. I must say ill definitely be back when I come back to Chicago

That you had to pay 1.50 for washing and drying. Also, there should have been a notice that there was a 45.00 hold fee for the deposit. Other than that it was great there.

The outdoor sitting and play area was ideal for kids and adults alike. There was even a grill for a cookout. The lobby seating area was also nice. A hot breakfast with a variety of choices was served enthusiastically by the cooks each morning. The area and hotel were quiet and peaceful. There area was good for a morning walk.

The suite was very small although it was advertised to sleep 4 adults. The bathroom was actually inside the bedroom although I’d read it was separate from the bedroom. The suite did not have a balcony.

I love the set up of the room it was spacious the bed was comfortable. The temperature adjusted rather quickly to our preference in the staff is always so friendly me and my boyfriend stay here often.

There was nothing to not like about the property. It was absolutely amazing actually one of my favorite hotels to stay

breakfast was good and kitchen staff was very very helpful, going above and beyond to ensure comfort and convenience of guests. Food was always replenished in a timely manner. I went to the dining room 2 mornings and the same staff was on duty doing an excellent job. Main bed and pillows were comfortable.

Check-in staff need to be trained to handle situations where guest does not have physical card used for reservation, but wants to pay with another card they present. After a long flight nobody wants to hear that they cannot be checked in because they are using a different card!! Would have liked access to a hot tub. Pull out sofa was not comfortable. No ice or trays in freezer of refrigerator. Didn't realize fridge was not on until next morning when I went to retrieve food I stored in there the night before!!! I called down complaining that fridge was not working and staff didn't even know to tell me it is not turned on. They should inform guests of this so their foodstuff is not ruined!!

I am able to connect to my Netflix, so I’m not limited to hotel cable and also it is very spacious, clean and comfortable. This is our go to hotel.

to be honest, I like everything about the hotel. The staff is friendly it is clean it is comfortable and spacious and it is modern one of the very few hotels that allow you to connect to your Netflix or any other streaming site.

Nice and quiet love the patio and the pool

They can use some air in the pool area and as well for breakfast, they can switch it up with the meat, but everything else was perfectly fine

It was comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed having a separate bedroom where we could close the door. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The location was good, especially if you are using the airport (we were not).

Although the room looked nice and clean, my baby did get dirty feet crawling around, so the carpets were not sufficiently cleaned.
