The location to the festival (North Coast) is perfect for us. The room & bathroom were in pretty good shape! The little fridge was nice to have in the room.

The cost for a motel was insanely high. We paid $500 for 3 nights stay which is pretty absurd for having no amenities. Additionally we had to settle for a smoking room, which was BAD. All of us woke up with coughing and stuffy noses, it’s not possible to open the windows, and the ceiling light did not work. We probably will look for other locations next year due to the price and lack of amenities.

The location is not all that convenient to Midway, nor can the neighborhood be described as upscale. The low rates reflect this disadvantage, along with additional cost to a traveler for Uber fees. If driving a car however, this could be a very good option. The staff was friendly and helpful, room was spartan, but clean, with the bathroom recently renovated.

The exterior could be upgraded with relatively little outlay by using some innovative LED lighting to give the appearance of a more modern establishment.

The location was convenient to the place where I was visiting. The room was big and comfortable and had all but a coffeemaker (but there was one in the office I got to use). Lights, bed, microwave, refrigerator, table and chairs, all were good and useful. I liked the drink machine with cans for $1.25.

Cigarette smoke smell in my room but I suppose I could have changed to a non-smoking room.

No breakfast, location was good, parking good, decent motel, close to restaurants. Nothing fancy, good neighborhood, motel good for 1-2 days!

11:00am checkout not good, had to pay extra for 12:00 checkout! Rate could be a little cheaper!

It was in a good location. The beds were unexpectedly comfortable. The mattress was amazing. The front desk never had me wait more then a minute to buzz me in. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel!

For a motel, I really didn’t expect anything more. It would have been nice to have more vending options. I also was surprised they did not have coffee machines in the rooms. I had to drive to go get coffee in the morning.

The location. All the neccessities were available. It was clean and comfortable.

The staff called and yelled at my husband when our friend came to pick us up to take us to work because there were 3 people in the room for 5 minutes. 😬 "Only 2 people in the room!"

For a motel it is surprisingly up to date & very clean. Bonus, I could smoke cigarettes in the room.

Nothing, everything was great

The room was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

T.V.didn't really have too many channels, and there's only so many adult channels you need.

The room was in excellent condition. It was very clean and neat. Everything in the room met my expectations.

Very clean room and quiet.

It was kinda confusing getting T.V. to work and to get heater to work. A little cool but not bad.
