Breakfast was provided and had the staples (eggs, protein, bagles, waffles, etc), Ten minutes away from Midway airport. Close to major highway. Other food options in the area. Lots of parking (although it is not free). Overall my family enjoyed our stay.

Although there is ample parking, the only thing that I did not like was that parking was not included in the hotel expense. It is an expense that is taken out of the "incidental charge". It was $24 dollars a day. But compared to other cities like NYC that is relatively cheap.

Breakfast was pretty good. Pot of oatmeal was getting dry, but I poured a cup of hot water from the coffee setup into the pot and the oatmeal Then came out great. Location was great for airport shuttle.

Hallway carpet had raised u area that catch my foot walking down hallway. Sleeping area was tight with the sleeper sofa out and two people in our king bed. Missing a third set of towels and second pillow for the sleeper sofa. Had to go get them from the desk.

I like the location. The staff was excellent and very accommodating.

You have to pay an additional fee per day to park your vehicle at the hotel that you already paid to stay at.

Clean, although pillows smelled musty. Everyone very pleasant and helpful.

They charged a deposit of $100. And each time they say it will be returned, it’s never returned. This visit I asked how do I get my deposit back, and they’re answer was 3rd party which is booking.com is responsible for my refund of the deposit. I stay often in this hotel and I have yet to see a deposit refund. My room is always clean when I leave and everything in place. I would like to continue staying but I need a response on deposit.

I did like the breakfast spread. The hotel was clean and in a good location.

The walls are way too thin. I mean there should be no reason I can hear my neighbors perfectly. They were so loud that they kept waking my son up. Also the king size room wasn’t very spacious. I don’t like that I had to pay for parking which wasn’t mentioned.

Breakfast coffee was good. We had to wait 5-10 minutes for a place to sit as our breakfast coincided with a tour bus! We were there due to a missed flight connection and got in after midnight. The lady who checked us in was friendly and provided us with complimentary toothbrushes/paste. The bed was wonderful! The shuttle to/from Midway was appreciated.

We were missing the bathtub soap and conditioner, not sure that it was intended to be provided but it was not. The room coffee was undrinkable. Hard for Hampton to control but we had a neighbor playing loud music till 2am.

Hotel was clean; have a 24hr coffee station, and airport shuttle. The free breakfast offered several options, included some hot food, and was good.

Staff was inattentive and distracted. Closet didn't have the length for hanging clothes

Very nice room

We had to pay $25 to park there, but there was nowhere to park. I drove the entire huge lot twice, and ended up parking very far away. How can you charge me to park there, without providing a parking space?

I dropped something down the sink and they were so gracious to retrieve it for me. The facilities were excellent. The location was super easy to get to the train.

It was a great stay!

The hotel was ok, but can be improve the beds and bathroom.

The bathroom was old and needs some improvements.
