The lobby was very inviting and the staff was terrific at the front desk and Gabriel in the dining area was top notch! So much pride in his work and lots of joy surrounding him. He treated us as if we were in a five star restaurant. Can’t say enough good things about Gabriel!

The decor in the rooms and hallways felt more dated than the lobby. The carpets were ready for an update.

Breakfast was perfectly made each morning, while paying 20 extra dollars a day it should be. Parking was good, paying 20 dollars a day it should be. The staff were helpful and friendly and greeted us warmly whenever they saw us. The facilities were not always clean but easy to use and a great help while on vacation.

Paying 20 extra dollars for amenities I feel like should habe been included like parking felt cheap, again if it had been bad I would have felt swindled. Breakfast was fast and good but again if it had been bad that's a lot od money to add per day to expect great service. The pool and work out area being dirty was a bit odd, but staff did their best to keep it clean.

Once again I was contacted by you all because I filed a complaint that I did not receive my complimentary breakfast voucher in which I had to pay for my breakfast which was $58 and I was told that I was going to be compensated for that but the refund was going to be issued for the $58 that I paid for my complimentary breakfast but I never received it from you all

Location and cleanliness. Nice there was a bar onsite

Only thing was people were drinking ,smoking and eating at the outdoor tables in the evening. They were inconsiderate and left their trash and empty liquor bottle on table. However. As of 1 pm the next day the staff had not thrown anything out either. There were bees all over and the garbage can was full so I put things next to the garbage.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was very clean and surprisingly quiet for a property so close to an airport. I signed up for rewards, and liked being able to check in on my phone, and use the phone as my key.

I'm not used to paying for parking when staying somewhere, but at least the lot was secure. My husband thought the bed was a bit firm, but we have a very soft bed at home. I slept well.

The location is very convenient to the airport.

The woman who checked us in last night very rude and seemed racist. When asked a question she was very condescending and short. Her disposition was nasty and I didn’t appreciate how she spoke with me.

Area, barricades blocking entrances made it difficult to get to hotel. I also did not understand why we had to pay for parking.

Your General manager, Patricia Glomb was absolutely amazing. I had some issues with the booking and she took care of everything very very professional. You guys have an amazing general manager.

Pay for parking is pretty ridiculous. Must have missed it when I booked, but that alone will cause me to stay somewhere else. I'm in chicago a lot

Our purpose was to get a place close to the airport and it worked. Shuttle there and parking at hotel. I wish I woulda known booking with hotel and not thru booking woulda been free parking for fly/stay but oh well.
