Property was very clean and staff was very nice.

There was a big music festival in town and they were grossly unprepared because the rooms were not ready till almost an hour later. I had booked two rooms and they separated and turned it into three rooms without ever asking me. It does say breakfast, but it’s really not a meal….kind of like granola bars and snacks only.

I was sceptical at 1st for the mixed reviews. Hotel staff was exceptional! Hotel it self was clean, room was clean with a fridge, stove, free internet, all up to date programming, bed comfortable. You have to ask for dishes if you need them and more pillows.I got them with no problem. Vending machine, Laundry room if you need to wash. Breakfast is definitely grab and go. Coffee, oatmeal, granola bars, and muffins. BEST location to EVERYTHING!!! Malls, AMC dining, fine dining, car wash few steps and gas. Dollar General, Dollar Tree, and Best Buy. Fast food McDonald, burger king, subway, and a great Chinese buffet called the Volcano. Airport is a 15 min drive. Car would be safe. Area safe. Other guest a little sketchy, but mind their own business and don't bother you at all! BUDGET friendly if you book through here. Thank you for the GREAT stay!! Would stay again. 30 mins to downtown. Parking at the airport available in Economy parking for $15 then free shuttle over to subway.

Experience was good.

The staff is always very pleasant & serve with a smile. If I have a problem it would always be addressed.

These is the 2 time, I saw a roach crawling in the bathroom. The first time I let the staff know, but this time didn't say anything.

I absolutely loved Madeline (with piercings on her face) I call her Ms Fancy lol She made the stay even better!!!!

Two things I did not like were the sink in the bathroom leaked onto the sink so I had to place towels so water didn’t everywhere and also the refrigerator doors were awkward, they should really opening towards the door not away. Overall, not a big deal but that’s what I didn’t like

close to the L train that takes you into the city

staff wasn't very attentive and it was difficult to get ahold of them when we needed a couple extra towels. otherwise it was fine

Very clean

My room had a light shortage and everything kept cutting off everytime I turned the bathroom light on and off and had to go to the fuse box to cut all the lights back on. Room 343

The loudness in fights that break out in the hallways at 2am this is a very nice hotel/Suites hope Management would fight for it to stay that way

I felt awkward getting breakfast as one staff member made a comment over what I got.

Bed was uncomfortable and hated that my trash collected during my stay

The front desk folks were very friendly, and polite. They also accommodated my room change without causing any fuss at all. It was very quiet at night! My room had two sets of windows which was nice for having a little sunshine in the room. No overhead lighting but there were tons of lamps for lighting.
