Location of my room, breakfast was very good, coffee was even better. Parking was ample, didn't park far from front door. Restaurants were close by.

Unfortunately, due to it being new year's eve, it was so very noisy outside which sounded to me like a war zone due to fireworks, probably not legal in Chicago, and then I was woken up again by a woman screaming outdoors at 2:30 am, and I heard gun shots shortly after. I was so exhausted from traveling, and this outside noise disturbed my sleep. None of this was the hotel fault. More security is needed. Wish this hotel had a restaurant inside the hotel.

Horrid hot and sticky Chicago. (88*f at 10 PM, 90% humidity. Late arrival, started raining. By the time we reached the hotel we were exhausted and hungry. Night clerk was great, booking perfect, A/C in the room fantastic.

It's an airport convenience. Construction surrounding the property is louder than overhead planes. Not the fault of Holiday Inn. BETTER signage to get into the parking lot during construction is needed.

The shuttle service was ideal, about a 10 min ride to the airport, perfect for my early morning flight. Jill at the front desk at 4 am was just so nice! Made my morning all that much better. The hotel is perfect for an express stop, specially if you have an early flight from Midway.

Its not the nicest space, but its just right for express stays.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. The breakfast was really good too.

I didn't like that when I got there I had to pay for parking to be able to park on premises but all the parking spots were taken so I still had to park somewhere else and walk to the hotel. That was a bit annoying. Also, the breakfast was good, but some of the staff were a little rude when they were refilling some of the food. I overheard one of them telling someone that breakfast was done and they were changing trash, so please don't use it. Even though they were still technically serving breakfast for another 10 minutes. I thought that was rude of them. I think they were a little overwhelmed with the amount of guest staying there that weekend due to the taylor concert. Also you could hear room service talking in the hall outside our room about the other rooms and stuff people have left.

I liked how my husband and I were able to check in early. We would have had to wait after arriving to the hotel around 8:00 AM but due to the help of the receptionist, he had Housekeeping prepare the room sooner.

The carpet on the steps looked liked the carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Very clean, good location to the airport, great places to eat around hotel.

The attendee checking me in asked if I had a car that needed a parking pass and that would be 25.00. I was surprised and asked if that was required and she snapped and said "well, you can park on the street, but you will get your car towed. And its not very safe around here to just leave it, so yeah, to park here you have to pay the money. I told her when we park our car to ride the shuttle to airport, its only 9.50. But if I spend 175.00 for a room to stay there it cost 25.00. Doesnt seem proper to me. And I think that should be emphasized somewhere. Plus, I had to wait 10 minutes to check in and I was the first in line at around 3:30 p.m. there was a line behind me. No apologies, just very little professional behavior.

Breakfast was good but there should have been a tip jar out. It would have been nice if there were things to add to the granola.My husband left his jacket in the closet and they put it aside until we could pick it up

The price..,$600.00 for 2 rooms for 1 night was high.

Good location, was able to walk over to Target when I realized I left my phone charger at home. Within walking distance to train station and there’s a bus that goes directly from the station to where the hotel is located. Room was cozy and staff was friendly.

Clean and Comfy bed. (Odorless bed) Great check in. Staff front desk very helpfully and nice Close to the Midway Airport. Awesome hot breakfast!!! Defenetly staying there again!!

Clean, comfortable rooms in a convenient location close to Chicago Midway Airport. Although close to the airport, it wasn't noisy. We also like the 24 hour accessibility of the hotel shuttle to and from the airport.

Have to pay extra for parking vehicle overnight. (After checking into the hotel, we returned our rental car to the airport and used the hotel shuttle to return to the hotel so as not having to pay the parking fee.)
