The Room: I loved the room it was clean and comfrotable. Location: Was great for what i needed it for.

Breakfast / Parking: I wasnt happy at all about that because we didn't even get to eat breakfast.. They charge you $15.99 Per person to eat for a family of 6 thats a extra $95 on top of my room stay and they also charge you to park thats a extra $23 per night, Pluse a extra $50 for a depost. This is CRAZY.......... That is $205 extra total to our stay.... They also pissed me off because my husband had got a cup of coffe when he work up and they came to him and was like if you want coffe you have to pay the $15.99 per person fee for the breakfast. NOW YOU TELL ME THAT ISNT INSANE....

First of all the front desk clerk I can't remember her name was exceptional and explaining everything letting us know where certain things were not only inside the hotel but around the hotel beautiful atmosphere

It was not a lot of parking and I did not know that it was paid parking I thought parking was included like it many other hotels this is the first time ever I've stayed at a hotel that I have to pay for parking.

The Shuttle Service was an amazing bonus. It may our stayed comfortable despite being so far from the city centre. Our main activities where around the Chicago Marathon and out friend where located in the city centre. However, the train plus the shuttle make our stay easy despite de distances.

Only decaf coffee was put in the rooms. No idea if it was a supply issues but it was the only down-fault I am able to find

It was clean and the front desk staff was friendly. I arrived early around 8:30 am had to wait to get the room til 2:00. I was expecting to have breakfast and was told they no longer have breakfast. I didn't like that I went there for the breakfast.

My room was well cleaned and restocked with items upon my return. The staff was nice and helpful.

Online it states, that this location has free breakfast, but it didn't. It was inconvenient searching for a breakfast spot and driving around getting food and coming back.

Check-in was smooth, the hotel staff was very helpful. The hotel room was clean up and up to date.

The process for connecting the Wi-Fi to the kid's video game was a lengthy process. I just think these instructions need to be told up front to guests upon check-in, clearer and simpler for traveling families.

You asked in a survey question: what did I Like? My Answer: I like the welcome, the smiles, and the one time parking fee even though we stayed 2 two nights. I like the set up in the room; it was quite spacious for us. Check in was simple and quick. I like that they had a snack shop for when you just want something to drink or something sweet. I the set up overall and the location...perfect to be able to shop right outside then go back to your room. Very convenient for walking too.

You asked what I didn't like about our stay in a survey question? My Answer: There was no way to heat up the food anywhere in the rooms or in the facility. Saving money was essential for us so we could have fun as a family and still feed our children, but there was no way to heat up the food we bought. Extra towels were not offered since we were there for more than one day; we had to go down stairs to ask for more. Though these are small things that leave room for improvement; i know it can be fixed. Other than those two things; I enjoyed our family trip and staying there for the time we stayed. The price was decent as well and everybody enjoyed themselves so I will certainly be going back! Maybe we will try date night next..Ha ha; let's see!🙂

Clean and good linens and bedding

$17.00 each for a breakfast each and $20 a day parking which both are usually free most other places.

Facility was bright, well kept. Staff was always friendly and accommodating. Room was excellent--comfortable bed and pillows.

No microwave in each room; no complimentary breakfast. Also, room key kept deactivating causing the inconvenience of having to go down to front desk to have reactivated. Not happy about that after long, grueling day. Thermostat was hard to set to desired temperature.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff were all very polite and friendly.

I asked for extra pillows, I received a confirmation email stating they would accommodate, however, I didn't have extra pillows. My room was also charged for food/beverage purchases I didn't make. The situation was rectified, though. I was provided a credit of the items.
