One of the best hotel stays and experiences we have had! The staff was exceptional, everything was so clean and well maintained. The rooms were clean, comfortable and there was no weird smell that seems to be with so many hotels! They were able to accommodate our family and the early check in when half of our our party flew in. The hot breakfast buffet had plenty of options for the kids, my wife and I! They keep it fully stocked and warm the entire time for breakfast! Overall amazing experience will definitely be our new go to in Chicago area when traveling or visiting museums! The city is only 15 minutes!

Big size room. Cleaning and breakfast. Perfect for family stay. Mosque and halal food nearby. Walmart and Aldi next door. Shower was great.

Nothing.

The room was clean, the beds were not as comfortable as they could have been, and the pillows were flimsy. I did not eat breakfast, and I did not use the pool. I would have like to have a hot tube on the property. I did use the workout room, and it was nice and clean and had good equipment for me to use.

It would have been nice to be offered a couple of bottles of complimentary water. People were pretty loud throughout the night, and I wish the bed had been slightly more comfortable. I saw the QR code for the restaurant but when I scanned it, it was not clear how to proceed with an order. That was inconvenient and I wound up spending more than I intended because I had to order from a surrounding restaurant.

The breakfast was great, alot of different selection to choose from. The location was safe and COMFORTABLE.

Nothing was wrong

The room was clean, as were all public areas. All channels on the TV worked. There were plenty of towels of all sizes.

I asked for an extra chair at 9:00 a.m. Saturday morning, when my meeting ended at 5:50 p.m. the chair still had not arrived. The shampoo pump dispenser was broken and I was unable to wash my hair. Housekeeping did not come on Saturday. Sunday morning's breakfast service could be improved. A description of the hotel's amenities must be accessed by QR code, a printed copy or a TV channel listing would be helpful.

Keep your expectations reasonable - like I did - and it is alright. In a deprived area, but together with many hotels in campus like safe guarded area - I assume safe enough for the area. Breakfast is what you get in those hotels - all as expected, nothing extra, nothing less really. So, for the money paid, okay.

I travelled from Hyde Park area, and the drive is not the best. Similarly, nothing much for me outside. But, again all depends on your personal circumstances. Other than that, more or less in line with expectations.

I like it was quite on my floor, it was clean modern and the ladies was very nice, help with everything needed to stay extra night, and was able to book with them at desk down stairs on day I was supposed to check out” with my discount and did not have to move rooms this was so comfortable and convenient to stay extra day for work, I would be looking forward to coming back, breakfast was amazing, I was tired most nights after working did not want to run out in cold” and the free parking right at front of property” best ever

The property seems nice and is currently being renovated. They’ve taken a few measures to try to maintain its full capabilities including free hot breakfast. Precautions taken to ensure safe meals were noticed and appreciated.

There are two elevators with directions on permanent signage to use either. However, one was actually out of service - but without a (temporary) sign. Each elevator operates by separate controls. It wasn’t until after an extended waiting period that we noticed the (left) elevator was non-responsive.

I was traveling to see someone in the hospital and stayed at this location the first night due to the late arrival of my flight. There was a location next to the hospital that I opted for on the second night and it was not ran as nicely nor was it as clean. The staff at your midway location were professional and helpful. Even though I needed to be at the hospital daily I opted to return to this location with a 30 minute drive across town due to how much better it was.

This is a great location with plenty of amenities and parking. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was also nice to have dining inside the hotel with a 24-hour Starbucks. Though this is a little far from where my son lives in the city, I quiet like the quiet of the area and the many shopping options. I'll stay here again the next time I visit.

The air conditioning was confusing to control, but that may just be due to my own errors.
