Staff was awesome and welcoming. They made my family and I feel very comfortable and safe, the property was very clean, top to bottom. Pleasant house keeping staff who made sure we had everything we needed. Location is great, near airport and plenty of affordable restaurants. Definitely a great choice!

The elevators were very slow, only one was working so we had to wait. TV’s in rooms could use an upgrade.

The hotel smelled really good right when you walk in. It has a home vibe with a fireplace with matching decor. The front desk staff is nice and matches well with personality’s of guest this type of hotel would attract. All staff greet you no matter where you are. It’s a luxury vibe with calmness feeling, that helps if you’re on the go.

Size of rooms was good, furniture was comfortable, linens were above average. Staff were prompt and friendly. Location was perfect for accessing the Midway Airport. Snacks from the lobby shop were good too. Early check-in was allowed without hesitation.

Parking lot was full, probably due to the airport proximity. TV was a little small for the room and the channel options were limited. No Streaming option was available, but is desired.

This was beyond their control. Power outage from early morning until early afternoon. So pretty chilly until heat came back on Only thing I recommend is for emergency lights in the room hallways- the lobby and the room had emergency lighting but one had to use a flashlight in the hallways- very unsafe!

Professional staff.

Congested parking lots. Given the weekend cost for stay, I will opt to stay at one of the other nearby hotels to determine if stay is comparable. Also, room 316, although very clean and tidy, some wall corners were frayed to my surprise and require bumper guards or new wall paper.. Not pleasant to the eye, compared to the rest of the hotel.

Very clean rooms and lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Starbucks in hotel open from 5-5. TGI Fridays in the parking lot, Culver’s across the street, and more food just down the block. The free shuttle was also a great help.

The tv was small, and picture quality wasn’t great. I didn’t see the option to stream your own subscriptions ie Netflix, Disney +, which is great when traveling with kids like I was.

Front desk person was very nice and went out of his way to help in what ever you need awesome job and nd clean and spacious

I had a problem checking in because booking.com mixed up my reservation so I had to do a walk in now what if there was no available rooms? One of the managers was not helpful but, at the end I got a manager that was willing to resolve the problem. But, I was there with business partners and overall the stay was wonderful..

Very close Midway Airport. Generous parking facilities. Well presented hotel. Generous sized rooms.

Breakfast not included in the booking. Though it would be part of the offer at that price.

The staff was pretty good. The service was wonderful. The location was convenient and efficient. The check out process was simple. The check in wasn't too bad either. The room was neat and comfortable.

The hidden deposit we had to pay. That was not outright mentioned in the purchase of our room.
