The front staff member was so nice and went the extra mile to make our 5 year old happy! Our king room was spacious! It was updated with many charging options. The sitting area had a side table, rolling foot stools in addition to the table area with extra lighting. The bed lamps had additional book lights! The bathroom area was big with modern sliding doors separating the living area. It had a mini refrigerator, microwave and extra sink in the kitchen area. Really pretty room! The pool area had an outdoor patio. Breakfast had several hot options. This location was right by a stadium with many soccer games still being played late. The building was quiet.

It was mostly what you expect of a Hampton INN

Day after Thanksgiving, they let the breakfast run out at about 9:15, 45 minutes before the promised ending time, taking down the coffee and tea service entirely, and letting the eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, milk, and bananas run completely out with a minimum of a dozen people still looking for breakfast. And more than that trying to find coffee somewhere because the 24 hour beverage setup was also out. With complaints, they very slowly managed to restock for those who were willing to wait. My husband found the coffee lukewarm much of the 4 days we were there.

The place was very clean, the staff were efficient and had quick response to requests. From check in to check out went seamlessly. Overall it was a great place to stay.

The breakfast left something to be desired, but what can I say it was free. The pool is a bit small and there is no hot tub, but again finding both in a hotel seems impossible.

We loved the view overlooking the airplanes when they are getting ready to land and when they were leaving the airport. I really enjoyed watching the snow when it was falling. The breakfast was really good. Over all our stay was lovely and the staff was very friendly.

I didn’t like using the side/back entrance by the guard station simply because you can get bird poop on you and if your luggage has wheels on it you will be rolling right in it. I would love for them to put a roof over the entrance way just to keep the birds from pooping on their guests and too also keep their guests from bringing the bird poop in the hotel. I would love to see a TV Guide in the room we couldn’t find any western channels.

Rooms were clean. USB ports for all of our equipment. Quiet.

Keep in mind that this hotel is located near Seat Geek stadium. A concert had just let out, so there were people around when we checked in at 0130 am. Four of us in the room, towels for three. Check out lady was very friendly. Looked for a pop or water machine- couldn't find one.

I think this hotel should provide shuttle services on Sunday. We were told that someone would be working on Sunday and could pick us up. (I know the rule said M-F) However, the shuttle service was not available. Staff would not answer the phone or would pick up and hang up when I called on Sunday. Hotel too expensive

- King suite room has an unusually nice design, good to stay for 3 people. - Equipment was modern and operational. - Spacious bathroom. - Breakfast was all right.

- A bit aside from the main roads. - Low flying planes create frequent noise.

Great staff

There were hair strands in the bathtub. Shuttle could have been warmed up a little since I was the first passenger but the driver was nice.

Honestly was a little surprised at how nice this property was. Everything just felt very clean and nice, and our room was quite big. Location is a quick drive up the freeway to downtown, and it’s in a quiet area next to a stadium (so I imagine it might get noisier depending on the day). Would highly recommend!

Breakfast was as expected. We liked the omelet, which was a different offering. The bathroom was good-sized and we really liked the dual counter in the room.

We could have used a little more lighting. A noisy (and inconsiderate) neighbor kept one of us up most of the night, so the rooms aren't very soundproof.
