The rooms had been remodeled, they looked great. The only issue is that parking isn't enough,especially on the weekends. But other than that it's a great place to stay, close to the city, it's clean, and staff is great. Not to forget the pool, it's heated so it stays at a nice temperature.

They were repaving the parking, so it was terrible we had to park a distance away from the room this time we stayed there. But we have booked this place three times and will continue to do so .

I was impressed with the size of my room. It was more of a resort than an Inn. It every amenity that I cared for to be relaxed. Spa jacuzzi tub in the room. Pool area and the hours are basically all day and night 😍 the pool was open 7am. Not sure when it closed. Free breakfast 😍and Free parking. Even when the place filled up , I found a park 😘

Everything was perfect , there were plenty of stores and restaurants in the vicinity. The free breakfast didn’t have any meat or eggs. But definitely had waffles , cereal , muffins and every thing else

They were happy to check me in an hour early, and were very accommodating to my girlfriend and I. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. Hotel is in a great spot to go to Brookfield Zoo (6 minutes away) and/or into the city! (20-30 minutes depending on traffic)

There is certainly room for improvement but nothing that made the trip unenjoyable. Several spots in the walls were messed up, there was a splash of an unknown substance stuck to the ceiling, and there was an odor coming from the closet.

The rooms were great, the staff were great, breakfast was excellent, and the location was great, just a short walk to the Metra, so access to Chicago was great. If you want a value for money, clean bed for the night. This is ideal, We didn't use the pool, but only because we had a busy schedule. We arrived early, and they got our room ready, and we got access very quickly.

We had a room for 3 adults but there were only towels cups and coffee etc for 2. It's not a massive problem.

Didn't know facility was under renovation when I booked. however, The staff bent over backwards to assure a safe and comfortable stay. Kudos. Will definitely rebook next time I am in the area.

The hand rail to get in the pool is too short. Should be longer to all easy access to top step. Also Top step could use abrasive to keep from slipping when entering pool.

Perfect location and price , easy drive 20 min to Chicago downtown. 5 min walking from the train station and the zoo is a few min away. Basic breakfast, but enough. Mexican resto in front of the hotel have the best MX food we ever eat, affordable. Quiet and safe place,24 h reception, parking included.Room has what we needed for 4 days, and we enjoyed it very much. We'll be back for sure.

The workers were exceptional. The bed was comfortable and clean. The pool room was warm. The AC worked amazing the heated it as well. Water pressure was really good. Breakfast was good. It was waffles. Muffins, fruit, coffee, oatmeal and everyone working there was super Duper sweet never felt unsafe great parking

Only complaint is the Coffee but still drinkable

Everything was fine. From arrival to departure. The front desk lady was very helpful when I arrived. Even managed to accommodate me earlier than 'check in' time, as my flight arrived VERY early that day. The service was fine. The activity level outside was moderate. Not too loud. The room was great. No issues with anything. Thanks for this experience!

Very close to the Galloping Ghost Arcade. Walking distance to the arcade. Loved that it was a unique, throw back building style. Very clean room. Definitely a great value for my needs. I didn’t hear other people in nearby rooms.

No complaints. Just realize that this was a place to primarily relax after hanging out at the Galloping Ghost Arcade.

The staff was all super nice and super helpful! The hotel room was pretty clean with only minor issues that were too big of a deal. Location was nice as well. Would definitely stay again.

The bathroom wall had pealing paint behind towel rack, microwave paint was chipped, and there was a little mold in the shower. The only other issue was that they only gave us two towels, two wash cloths, and one hand towel - which for two people there three days was kinda sucky because there were no towels at the pool so we had to use our only towels for pool or shower.
