I do not like the room they gave me I didn't know anything about that hotel I came from work I was tired I went in the room it was like 90° in there the heat was on I couldn't control the heat therefore if I tried opening up the windows the windows fell down thank God I did not hurt myself it was somebody else they'll probably hurt yourself again I open the window to get some air the windows fell right down I didn't sleep all night I was tossing and turning I couldn't leave the windows open I almost called a paramedics on myself because I was getting heat flashes awesome when I got up this morning to take a shower the water didn't work brush came out of the water barely know hot water I just had a very bad experience there I went to Uncle talk to the office people they didn't even acknowledge me they didn't talk to me they didn't like give a care about their customers bad customer service I'm very unhappy I do want my money back if not I'm taking actions

It was cheap and they had last minute availability. That’s where the positives end however.

The room was dingy and had roaches. I didn’t even feel comfortable sleeping there so I just checked out the same night. They’re non refundable so that was money down the drain. Oh whale you live and you learn.

I never got to check in because they said that booking was cut off 12/18 …. And booking.com took my money and the property did not refund me ! But
