Didn't eat breakfast. The bed was comfortable and I really liked teh ligth blocking curtains.

The room was okay; I had to get the mirror light (only light in the room with the sink) fixed (it took two requests (two days) to get that light fixed. The air exchange in the room was very noisy. There were only two K-cups provided in the room. The day the room was cleaned (my 2nd day), the coffee K-cups were not replaced. I had to go downstirs to get enough for my entire stay (I only used one a day for the 4 days I stayed there).

cleanliness of rooms in the older part of the hotel could be improved. while my experience was good, my sister had to change rooms 3 times and ultimately left the hotel due to lack of cleanliness in the rooms she was assigned, first for hair in the bathroom, then for a broken toilet, and then for horrendous stains and debris in the bathroom.

The one bedroom is great. I like the layout of the hotel, the breakfast area is nice and good selection of food; location is great; the amenities included are perfect for our needs.

The bathroom curtain had residue/dirt/musty stuff on it. Makes me question how well all areas are cleaned. I also had to move the couch a couple of inches to get to an outlet and there was a sock, a marble and quite a bit of crumbs under there. The cleaning could be improved.

Oh my gosh, we loved this hotel the room was exceptional clean and the beds and pillows so comfortable. I am traveling with my 78 yr old mom and special needs brother they were very comfortable. Breakfast was great as traveling with a special needs adult ge loved the pancake maker at breakfast. Very welcoming and polite staff made our stay wonderful as we were traveling to family across the country. Convenient to our stop The Morton Arboretum. We will definitely stop again.

There wasn’t anything to dislike

Very clean & accommodating. Breakfast had many options . Our kids loved the pool they didn't want to leave . Beds and pillows very comfortable. Dove lotion soap and shampoo conditioner nice. Staff was amazing . Nice area . Beautiful hotel. Can't wait to stay again. So many options for lighting in the rooms.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice fridge and microwave in the room. That's a plus. Beds were comfortable and plenty of channels on the telly. Breakfast was decent and they have a nice selection of foods and drinks at breakfast. Location is good.

Breakfast was good, but the food was a little cold and they did not have a microwave in the dining area. Coffee was so-so. Plates were cheap and flimsy, as was the plastic silverware.

Clean. Good location. Good food.

I didn’t like the bath tub. The tub floor sits 3” higher than the floor in the bathroom. I stepped out and fell not knowing it was like stepping down a stair. I hit the door with my shoulder and hit my head on the wall I went to ER and they put 3 staples on the back of my head to close the gash. I reported to the front desk. It was my own fault I didn’t pay attention to the tub, but I wish it would have been marked or a sign with “Caution”. Everything else was very good. I just don’t want anyone else to get hurt.

Location was fine. Needs more options.

There was never anyone at the desk to assist me. I had to wait for someone to arrive at the desk upon arrival. I was in a rush at check out and bo one was there again so I just put my room cards down and left.

Pluses: Amenities. Breakfast included. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the separate sitting area from the bedroom and the hotel was quiet. The lobby area was nice as well.

In the bathroom; clean the base of the toilet and the walls of the shower and around the shampoo. Conditioner and body wash area

The staff went above and beyond to provide an impeccably clean place, incredibly friendly staff and the best Holiday Inn breakfast I've had. I rarely write reviews but this location was truly amazing. I'll go back to Naperville BECAUSE of this hotel. It was that good!
