I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed, including a very comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom. The location was perfect, convenient to everything I needed, yet quiet enough for a restful night's sleep. Overall, I was very impressed with the service, cleanliness, and attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable hotel experience.

Love the vibe, the location is perfect for a 4 min walk to the Promenade (shopping mall) or a short $5 Lyft ride to other nearby restaurants. Close to a big box store that's 24hrs. Room decor was nice and spacious. Staff was friendly & it can get lively at night with the bar & pool table. It was a nice hotel and great value.

Beds, beds, BEDS. They were so hard and uncomfortable. The whole 3 nights I maybe slept a total of 6 hrs due to the mattresses having no cushion or support. Also didn't like that there were no trash bags in the trash cans. Oh & the little bottle of lotion in the room they provide was used. Despite these small nit picky issues I'd still recommend. Just make a pallet of all the bed pillows. Lol

My wife and I were impressed in the the room layout and ease of use. It was very clean and had and amazing shower with bottles of shampoo and conditioner, my wife really enjoyed that there was plenty enough for her long hair where most hotels give you a tiny bottle.

I think the only thing that made us confused was the actual unit / Hvac system is on a thermostat. When the unit has the proper buttons to set it up, buts a really small gripe. I thought the unit was broken and had to go to the front desk, thinking I might have to switch rooms. if the front desk can notify the guest before they head to the rooms on how the hvac system works. I think that will clear confusion and be more professional.

Love the vibe and the staff is friendly. Definitely more upbeat any time of day which is nice. We checked in around 10pm and there were people enjoying the hotel bar, playing pool, and 24/7 snack/drink shop which is great. Cute stay for a little date night/weekend.

We’ve never had this problem staying here before but this time the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. The bed was hard and could feel broken springs pushing thru. And the pillows were flat and really bad we definitely needed more.

Such a nice property. The room was clean and super comfortable. Beautiful set up and great shower. The storage to put our stuff away was awesome. Loved the bed in the middle of the room. Just a beautiful room!

The only thing we didn't care for was the breakfast. Although there were many choices, it was quite pricey. The breakfast sandwich was ok, but we expected higher quality food after spending over $200 to stay the night. Just disappointing.

Very nice staff gave us recommendations for dinner and provided very quick check in and check out. The room was a clean room, very comfortable. The fitness room and pool were a nice touch.

The breakfast is decent though not the classic “buffet” I was used to. You order at a window. Selection is small, price seems a bit steep but that’s just standard for this part of the world I think. (There is an iHOP in walking distance)

Overall a good comfortable hotel with good facilities: Comfy bed, good toiletries (appreciated that), good hair dryer (don’t find these in a lot of places), nice indoor pool, good gym, good food prepared by Maria and another kind guy, kind staff and very close to malls (with cinema) and bus stops. They don’t include kits like sewing or ear buds but when I needed a safety pin and asked for one they provided for a sewing kit which I also appreciated. If you have breakfast included it comes in the form of vouchers of €$10 per person per night. What is not written in the breakfast prices is that they are not including tax. Downtown Chicago accessible via express bus ride or short bus ride and train from nearby village of downers grove- ask for the schedule at reception. tickets are just a few dollars- Uber or Lyft to the city will cost a bit more but will be faster. we didn’t sit at the bar to enjoy the music but they had live music at night which was nice.

TV was not working properly our whole stay there (6 nights) (we asked for it to be fixed but the solution was unplugging it). housekeeping only came once and did not change the sheets (even though we were out most of the time and we did not have a do not disturb on). to be fair we didn’t ask for them to come but we kept expecting that they would.

the atmosphere was great, we were welcomed with love music and everyone of all ages enjoying the bar area, pool table area and outdoor patio. The staff were excellent from the moment we walked through the doors. very helpful all weekend long. We requested a top floor room and they had one ready for us. The rooms were very comfortable for me and my wife, lots of room for clothes and storage for bags. And great Tv reception and the ability to quickly log in to Netflix on the tv. I didn’t get to test the WiFi on my phone but my phone reception was so good I didn’t even think about it. The showers were very nice and the soaps provided were great, my wife used the shampoo and conditioner twice and she’s very picky about her hair products!! All in all great stay. If we are ever in the area again for some reason we will be sure to use this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone.

There was not one thing that I didn’t like about the hotel.

The property was very clean and inviting the carpet is amazing. The staff was amazing what ever you asked or requested they made it happened above and beyond. The location is so convenient right by a mall for all your shopping needs. Located right off the I-55 making your travel easy. Family friendly hotel with activities for kids in mind.

No ice machine however they did provide small quart ice bags

Booking.com charge us $35 per day per room on including the breakfast for two people. Breakfast wasn’t included. They only give us a $10 refund per day. We literally lost $25 dollars per day in our stay, so sad. They told us that this happens when you book with a third party and that the breakfast isn’t included ☹️
