The staff was amazing and very friendly. The facility it has amazing people in there everyone's always happy. We very much enjoy that facility the only one we go to is that one

The only one thing was the bathroom wasn't that clean the toilet had a lot of dirt on it. We just had to give the bathroom a good detailed cleaning. And the coffee maker wasn't working. Other than that an amazing stay

The hotel was updated, clean, and had a great location. Denny's was next door and so was a target for last minute things we needed. We felt safe in the location and it was right off the interstate. Would stay again if we come back. The beds were way comfortable for a firmer mattress.

Was an older hotel and they painted the bathtub to update it which isn't the problem, the problem is that the paint was horribly chipped. Also the bathroom mirror had a light but no way to turn it on.

what first caught my eye when i walked into my room was how clean and spacious my room was. And then my fiancé looked at the tv and it said “good evening, diana”. that was the icing on the cake! Complimentary pure life, lots of towels, bed made perfectly. I was so happy about how beautiful the room was and how little i spent on it for it to be so nice. the lady who checked us in was AMAZING and gave me so many details about the hotel and signing up for the rewards program. automatically gave me two keys (seeing 2 people would be staying) & an upgraded room. i was very very happy with this stay. I felt like i was out of the country in a hotel room with how gorgeous and clean it was! there are no hotels this nice near where i live! Top tier.

the bathroom was just a little small to my liking. one person can’t pee while the other opens the door. next time i’ll know to get a bigger room if two people are staying in it. I loved everything else about it though! also i wish the check out was at 12noon like the other hotels I’ve visited when out of town.

Everything was great. The employees were nice. The room was clean and quiet. Location was convenient.

The only issue was that we booked two queens but the person at the front desk when checking in said we booked a king size bed. I showed him our reservation and he was able to give us two queens but there should not have been a discrepancy.

Have stayed at the Delta Marriott Willowbrook several times. It meets my needs and I have always been satisfied. Staff is always helpful.

HANDICAP ROOM, ROLL IN SHOWER ALLOWED WATER OVER THE FLOOR IN THE ENTIRE ROOM. SOME ADJUSTMENT NEEDS TO BE MADE. RECLINER IN PLACE OF SMALL LOVESEAT WOULD BE BETTER.

The breakfast is horrible and the stuff working there is rude specially Sabrina the night receptionist Except HEATHER the morning receptionist she is very nice and helpful

The gentleman at the front counter was so nice and welcoming , felt good walking into a lobby with someone ready with a smile to greet you.

Pleasant and friendly staff. Location is great. Clean hallways and rooms. Rooms are well maintained. Everything smells fresh.
