Location was everything and pet friendly, a very safe environment with nice restaurants and a winery just across the street along with the Hampton Social. There is also a Giordano's pizza restaurant that makes a very good pizza pie 10 mins away. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights it was nice and quiet. We did not have breakfast. We were up and out adventuring most of the day, and most of our time was occupied at night for rest.

The location was very convenient, right off the Stevenson Expressway County line exit. The breakfast was okay, coffee and a muffin. The room and bed were very nice and comfortable.

It would be nice if more of the bathroom could be setup for handicapped access. I understand that those rooms were all occupied, but still it would be nice if at least more of the bathrooms could be setup for access.

Good and quiet environment, having kitchen equipment in other to cook by myself.

The room need to be spider web because in my room I found some webs in the corner room but I forgot to let them know. Also the flushing system is old need to change

Everyone who I encounter who worked at the hotel was friendly and professional. From the time I arrived and departed the hotel at the end of my stay. Just awesome, especially the young lady who did check-in and the general manager who welcomed us to the hotel.

The location is in a quiet area away from the congested city. I like the kitchen necessities available, it makes my trip smoother. The room is always clean and fully stocked with the essentials.

The breakfast could use more variety such as pastries and bagels.

It was not a fancy hotel. It wasn't bougie or high class. It was safe, clean, and the desk girl was an absolutely wonderful girl. Seems to be a lot of labor workers staying there. All of them were amazing at making sure a single female traveler was safe and included. Nothing weird or scary. They average guest were just laborers needing a place for an extended time.

No sitting area for you to get out of the room. I was there a short time but if I was there longer it would have killed me. The coffee. There is no place to walk for food or coffee. Having a coffee bar open all the time would be beneficial. Ever try going to work at 3 am and not having coffee available? Also maybe an area to grab a quick tv dinner or buy some fruit. This way it's not a seek and find to get food at 1 am. Have something set up for us to grab.

The continental style breakfast was edible and included a variety of choices; nothing overwhelming. Coffee was freshly brewed and fully stocked. I

They was very understandable when we had to leave early in morning due to emergency. They let us leave our stuff in the room until we come back in case we had to stay another night.

2nd shift weekend front desk attendant is very welcoming and professional. He maked sure I had a nice quiet room and he was extremely helpful over my past few stays.
