We had a family party in town and a funeral at the same time and haven't seen my husband's children in a very long time. So we paid for 2 rooms and stayed for a few days, it was great all around.. Staff was extremely helpfu,l if we needed anything. breakfast was not just some bagged. Eggs, it was actually all homemade It was really good..great coffee.. A little area to purchase items that you forgot and snacks and drinks..we loved it and will stay again for sure! The only thing that was disappointing is the pool broke right before we got there. It's not their fault, a pipe busted.

Liked the suite and desk accommodations. Sufficiently roomy. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was quite good.

The bathtub floor sloped up to the sides, creating unsure footing for older people or those with balance issues. A single switch controlled both the bathroom light and fan. There was no way to turn on the light without the fan also. So that using the facility during the night was certain to disturb the sleep of your partner. The door to the room slammed shut very forcefully and loudly.

I like that the location was easily accessible from Chicago, there was plenty of parking, an indoor pool was available, the front desk staff made check in easy and the breakfast was quite tasty!

While lying in bed, we noticed a gummy bear on the floor beside the opposite bed and also a child’s hair ornament on the floor near the heating system. This let me know that the room was not vacuumed thoroughly. Also, the swimming pool has a foul which prevented us from entering

Staff started off bad. Front desk lady purposely gave me a room that had a bad shower. She stated "well I know it does stick". Good part, another desk person immediately changed my room and sent the maintenance man to fix the old room.

The same lady who gave me "the bad room" projected very negative energy while I asked about coffee servings. A day later. She will eventually hurt your business if allowed to continue the bad energy and service

Breakfast had good variety of hot foods and healthy options including eggs with toppings and oatmeal with toppings. Fitness center was 24 hours. Room was spacious and comfortable for four people. It was nice and quiet as well.

Fitness center had funny smell. A spin bike would have been nice, but the treadmills were ok and there were a good selection of free weights.

The plumbing is not good. Our toilet stopped up, the bath tub was stopped up too, when we took a shower the water never drained, the toilet over flooded! The receptionist was on the phone with her daughter for 10 minutes instead of checking me into my room. She told me to wait while she's on the phone with her daughter...

Location was perfect! The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a number of options.

The bathroom could have been cleaner around the baseboards. The clearance into the bathroom was VERY tight between the toilet and the door, and I'm only 5'2" and petite!

This was transit - unfortunately we could not spend the night as our flight got delayed by more than 8 hours but the person at the front desk was very helpful and supportive.

While this is not a reasonable request -- we got delayed by more than 8 hours due to weather related flight delays. We only stayed at the hotel for 3 hours t- grab a shower and then be on our way. It would nice courtesy on the part of the hotel to either provide some form of financial relief or at least equivalent points.

The breakfast was standard free waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, and cereal. Coffee, juice, and milk were available.

The internet could have been faster and they need more ice machines.

Great breakfast with wide variety of hot & cold foods. Swimming pool was awesome and open early morning. Comfortable bedding & beds.
