Breakfast was great. Lady behind the counter was awesome, she took interest in what we were doing and where we were from. We were in town for a Bible Quiz National competition and our stay was great.

Only improvement that would have helped us a little is opening breakfast a little earlier than 7am on Saturday. We were a little hurried, but we made it work.

The location, cleanliness and customer service excellent. Also great breakfast with different options of egg each day, as well as waffles, fruit juice and more. Very safe area close to restaurants and gas stations.

I would only say diddnt like the coffee very much, everything else superb, excellent.

Good location near Lewis University. We always stay at this hotel when traveling to take our daughter to college. The hotel is clean and includes breakfast, and the price is very reasonable compared to other area hotels that are farther away. You can tell the housekeepers care about their work… beds always made and the presentation of the towels in the bathroom is appealing. Coffee and fruited ice water always available in the lobby!!!

Decor is outdated - not modern or fancy- but the hotel and rooms are clean. The toiletries are too small and not good quality. I would love if they had new toiletries next time including qtips and makeup remover pads so I dont have to pack these. Ive seen them offered at other hotels and they come in a little package.

The location was close to where we needed to visit.

The shower was a full shower, not a tub, which is exactly what we wanted. However, the shower head was fixed and pointed out so that if the curtain was not fully touching the shower floor the spray would shoot out into the bathroom floor. This could not be adjusted. A simple fix could have been a shower want on a hose so that the direction could be adjusted. Also, the shower curtain was not secure and actually fell down once during a shower.

Breakfast was wonderful, and the hotel was very clean.

That this was my first time staying in this hotel, I usually stay in Lombard. But now if I'm in town I am staying in Romeoville/Bolingbrook

Good location and price

The food was not very good. It was clear that things had been left to sit for a long period of time, and all of the bread and cereal were stale. The bathroom area of the room is also set up awkwardly.

Very nice, especially for the price. The room was much bigger than anticipated. The front desk staff were awesome! We didn't real need anything, but they were super considerate!

The people were nice and parking was available

The property seems like it’s getting a little old and it needs some major upgrades on desk furniture and other furniture

The staff that prepared the breakfast was vey nice, options for breakfast items was also good.

Everything was fine.

Loved the hot breakfast & pool It was so close to the Romeoville hall where we had a 3day Convention

The fitness center can use more weights
