Nice Hotel. Very clean, nice amenities, smelled great the entire stay, & Great Staff❣️I just expected the suite to be a bit bigger for 4 people. 🤷🏽. It's more like a room with a curtain separating the bedroom from the sitting/let out couch area. 🥴

Everyone was very nice and helpful. A special 'shout out' to Neel. She was especially friendly and always had a great smile. We were always greeted each time we came in or went out by everyone. The housekeeping staff was also very efficient. I didn't know this was an extended stay type of facility which was not a problem, because each time we needed towels, toilet paper or clean bowls we got them right away. The hotel was very quiet and even though we were by the elevator, we never heard any noise whatsoever.

Wish the pool could have been open. Would have liked a few more hot items for breakfast. I liked the mini omelets and they were often out of them. (cause they were good!)

Overall the stay was pleasant. It was very clean, nice room, comfortable bed, and overall breakfast was good.

The pillows could stand to be firmer as like a lot of other hotels they go flat. The breakfast selection could have been better. Although check in and check out staff was friendly the other times we were in and out there was little to no pleasantries exchanged with the several people at the front desk.

This property was in a good location. Near restaurants and gas station within walking distance. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We were greeted upon entering and they offered to take our additional key up to us at the room when it was ready. We had 2 rooms and they ensured we were across the hall from each other.

the pullout sofa super uncomfortable and all you felt were springs so I didn’t get much comfy sleep and would ask that my next stay I be better accommodated with my bedding. but we love the area and hotel!

My only complain would probably just be the back door by my room wasn't working after telling the front desk multiple times till check out wasn't acted on, and that the induction stove is only compatible with one pan only, other than that it was a great stay

We loved the suite. It was perfect for our family of six. The staff was fantastic, very kind and informative. The entire hotel was clean and in good condition.

The only down side was their pool was closed for cleaning during our stay, well it was ready to go just being held up by inspection. This was very frustrating as the pool was a big reason we booked this hotel.

The hotel was clean and really nice. The staff were friendly. Its is a great location, especially if you don't plan on pending a bunch of money on meals during your trip. I would stay here again!

The hotel was awesone my problem is with booking .com they messed up my stay and had to repay for the room I will never use you again

Booking.com need to have a number to call for mistakes instead of texting messages

In general the hotel was good, the only downfall was the guests staying there, not family friendly, which the hotel can’t control. I don’t know if this was a random occurrence or it’s like that every weekend.
