We chose this hotel as it offered a more appealing and reasonably priced alternative within driving distance of Chicago. Many other options in the area were either significantly more expensive or didn’t meet our expectations in terms of quality and amenities. The location turned out to be very convenient—right off I-55 and only about a 30-minute drive to downtown Chicago, which made it easy to get into the city while avoiding the higher costs of staying in the city center. The staff was welcoming and courteous throughout our stay. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was decent. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider this hotel again for future visits to the Chicago area, especially for those looking for value and accessibility.

Great amenities! Nice room! , smelled fresh (remodeled) & beds ( although they were just a bit too high) But once you climbed in was VERY comfortable & felt good- good night sleep! Nice tv but could’ve used a guide. Had to flip through channels. GREAT service & Staff! VERY welcoming & nice lobby & dining area! Came in on a cold windy night & they had hot soup & the BEST cookies & 24 hr coffee to welcome guests! Pretty good & generous serve yourself breakfast options including awesome Belgium waffle maker! Eggs, sausage links & toast or bagels. Or cold options of hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit - healthy options plus Orange juice too!

Bathroom door did not close or latch properly. Could have used a microwave in the breakfast area as food was not super hot & cooled off quick. Eggs were little discs & kind of funky, but tasted ok Maybe the “omelettes” as described? But no cheese or anything to make an omelette so..? I didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or great fitness room, but other reviews said the pool wasn’t clean. So I can’t confirm or deny, but be aware.

I love staying at this hotel when I come to IL. The staff is very welcoming, I love how there’s cold water & drinks available in the lobby. I always look forward to breakfast in the mornings & the different varieties to choose from. The rooms are always clean, I’ve never had an issue. Overall great place to stay, I highly recommend this location.

Nothing. Everything always exceed my expectations

I like the ambience for this hotel. Right when you walk-in staff greets you with warm welcome. They have very good pantry to shop from over night as-well. In the breakfast, I can tell Waffle batter was freshly made by its smell. I loved the healthy breakfast options aswell. Coffee was so fresh and tempting as it was freshly brewed!! Breakfast lady was on top of everything and refilling the hot/fresh food items.

property is away from hustle and bustle of the busy road, Quiet and easy to check in. Theres a laundry available , $3.00 wash , Deep washer $3.00 Dry on second floor. Theres a complimentary breakfast buffet as well and fresh cookies near the door.

Theres not a change exchanger but it was not a deal breaker, There are nearby stores and its a uber friendly area !

Breakfast was very good. Excellent fitness room. Fresh baked cookies in the lobby each evening.

Wedged into an industrial area, so it's not as nice of an area to go on walks as across the expressway along Remington Blvd. Fitness room had 2 TVs, but only found one remote & it only worked on the TV I wasn't wanting to watch.

Pool was heated and very clean. Staff have been proactively restocking the towels. I was travelling for the business and i had to park my car for overnight for extra night and they allow me. Staff was very helpful. I love the fresh cookie. It truly feels like a great hospitality experience at this country inn & suites.

I like the freshly baked cookies and ice water in entrance. Staff were so courteous they even offer us cookies from the baking tray right out of the oven! Bathroom was clean and spotless. Beds were very comfy. I enjoyed watching HBO on their TV.

I loved my stay here. Very clean and new. I love the beds they were most comfortable ever. Breakfast has very good choices. Loved the fresh food they have been restocking every time. I will be staying back for my another trip next month.
