This is by far the best hotel in the area. Housekeeping freshened up our room each of the four days we stayed. New towels and made beds are something rarely seen at hotels anymore. Breakfast was good, hot, and plentiful. A very friendly lady greeted us each morning and saw to it that nothing ran out. The entire staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel is located a stones throw from the I-355 tollway. 355 connects to all points north and south in the Chicago area. A word of advice if you don't have I-Pass or EZpass. Stop at the manned toll booths or go online and pay your tolls. They will find you. Don't ask me how I know.

This is not a cheap hotel. Let's face it, since Covid and runaway inflation took hold, travel became more expensive in general. Budget for it. This place is worth it.

It was very clean and nice.

The breakfast was bad. No hot food by 8:45 am, cereal and bread were stale (been sitting out for a few days probably), no juice at all, the kitchen lady would not bring more hot food because her words quote “we stop cooking food by 8:45 am, so whatever is on the line is it”. Mind, breakfast is from 6:30-9:30. If it wasn’t for this the hotel would get perfect review.

The breakfast was great, lots of variety. The pool was warm and clean. The beds and pillows were nice and comfy. The suite was huge, much bigger than expected. The hotel was nice and quiet, we didn't hear any outside noise, which was great.

The TV was small. We had a big suite but a little TV. The shower floor was kinda weird and textured. I guess it's to prevent slipping, but it just wasn't expected.

Very clean and comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

The way to go from the parking area to the entrance. Had to zig zag across the parking lot. There is an area in front of hotel of weeds and plastic containers. It needs to be landscaped with.a sidewalk put across it to make pathway to main entrance.

They couldn’t find my confirmation or my name (the hotel). I guess your company puts it in whenever? I had to call, then the lady on the phone, she wouldn’t let me off the phone because she kept trying to sign me up for stuff. I was trying to check in. It

I loved the fact I could actually stay in Lockport this time instead of Romeoville or Joliet. I loved the kcup coffee maker and the USB outlets everywhere. I loved the pillows and I especially loved the front desk people since I needed help zipping up my dress. LOL

There was absolutely nothing negative.

The staff was excellent! Front desk was very polite and welcoming. Awesome hospitality goes a long way. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is amazing, coffee 24/7 is something I didn't know I was missing until we stayed here. Overall wonderful experience.

The room was really nice and spacious.

The first time I stayed there they accepted cash this was my second visit and they told me they didn’t accept cash so I had to wait awhile which was really inconvenient but I was able to check in it was just a hassle.

Sue, who is charge of breakfast, is amazing!! Breakfast buffet is simply amazing. It consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, fresh cinnamon rolls, yogurt, oatmeal, juice, milk, and coffee! Wow! Bed and room was comfortable and nice and new.

Our 3 year old daughter was excited about indoor pool and water temperature was a little cool. We wished pool water was a little warmer.

Room was great . Breakfast excellent. Location was perfect for me.

Price is a little high. It was highest of all motels I stayed at on 3 week trip.
