Extremely nice staff. I was wry impressed with everyone that worked there. Very helpful and pleasant.

The only thing I would critique would be to have more protein based snack options to purchase like salami and cheese or jerky.

Very nice with several gardens to relax, sits, eat or read in. Close to good restaurants and shops. Near freeway so easy to drive to downtown although still tack on an extra 30 min for bad traffic.

The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious.

The seating area was very very cold. Nobody wants to sit and eat in a very cold environment, at least i don't. Even the staff was cold. I felt bad for them.

The breakfast was amazing! We ordered an omelette and asked the chef to season it which he did and it was perfect. Perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned.

The pillows were uncomfortable, they were just a little too soft so we couldn't get a really comfortable nights sleep without adjusting them several times during the night. Our room wasn't cleaned which wasn't that big a problem but because of that we didn't have any coffee the second day as they weren't replenished. They did have free coffee downstairs so we were able to get some coffee.

All the staff was very nice friendly and helpful from the front desk to the restaurant.

Old fashioned phone in my room. The message light blinking in the middle of the night and no one knowing how to turn it off. Get rid of the outdated phones in the rooms.

The breakfast was excellent. The location was fine for our needs.

I can’t think of a thing I did’t like.

I liked that everything was clean and nice.

I thought it was weird to have joint rooms with a stranger, given you can’t open the door into the other room, still weird to have a random door there. The fridge was also very hot for some odd reason when I got there, it cooled down but it was a odd start.

Staff is great. Room was clean and quiet.

Wish the pool was open. Pantry could have a few more sandwich options.

Close to many restaurants stores and gas stations. Safe and workers are very helpful and kind.

Although it is Covid they did not provide any housekeeping unless it was requested so it was very hard to dispose of some of our trash because they also didn’t have enough employees to make sure guest needed things towards the evening and afternoon hours. they did awesome when we called the front desk.
