The staff was really kind and very warm . They made checking in very easy . Location was great! The area had places to eat that were walkable. The breakfast there at the hotel,was awesome! Waffles, eggs, juice, fruit, and more . I did love that. They also had a gym and a pool indoors if I chose to use them. My room was really quiet and I slept 10 hours straight. That usually never happens! Thank you so much to everyone there!

To stop holding the amount that was charged. It’s been four days and still I still have a hold on my account. Your company should kniw that’s bad business. After your cleaning crew comes in they would tell you if you needed to hold money do to damage. There were damages so that’s telling me your company is holding money in their account to collect interest to make more money off their customers

Rooms were clean and comfortable, I needed a roll in shower and they did everything to accommodate me. The in room refrigerator did not work and the staff did everything to replace

Rooms are aged, especially the bathrooms and breakfast was very poor.

I love the location. Very lit up area.

The front entrance door locked due to being booked at full capacity. A note on the doors would have been great. But Overall it was 👍 Also, was upgraded to a bigger room with no extra charge.

Staff was excellent and our room was clean. I am very fussy about cleanliness and this room was fine for me.

It would’ve been helpful if the breakfast went till 1030 or 11 on the weekend.

The breakfast was great, and the location was easy to find from Memphis and staff was friendly keep up with smiling

Always check the refrigerator to see if anyone has left food ,tub was just a little mold around it

The door to the bathroom needs to be replaced. No hook on back of door to hang robe and no towel racks to hang towels..

It was clean and all the staff was friendly

The breakfast I wish they different types of sausage other than turkey sausage

So clean! Great staff- housekeeping and desk clerk. Decaff coffee available! Huge room! Fridge nice and cold!! Ice available! Nice breakfast! Bright light bulbs!

Wish I could have stayed longer!
