I loved the casino slots a little extra curricular activity. The rooms exceeded my expectations there was a blow dryer, iron and ironing board, fridge abs microwave. I have not had any of those amenities in a long time abs I stayed in different motels/hotels. I will definitely be going back more often. And breakfast awesome

Great location to ball fields, with lots of access to food and shopping.

While there two days although it is a smoke free facility there was marijuana being smoke very near our room, which gagged us and made our room smell. I did notify the desk and they tried to remedy the situation looking for the culprit. I appreciate their acknowledgment of the issue.

I really liked the two girls (staff) who signed me in and gave me directions to everything I needed to know. Nice place ... I'll stay here the next time I'm in Orland Park(Chicago).

The pillows were quite small and uncomfortable...I'm glad that I brought my own from home.

Chanelle was very kind and helpful. Other staff was also nice and pleasant.

The refrigerators in both rooms didn't seem to work. One barely worked and the other didn't work at all. I just wanted to keep a couple drinks cold and didn't have time to mess with it, so I didn't report it.

The room was very clean and tidy. The staff seemed nice, but I did need to ask questions to know a few basics like parking.

There was a wedding that had taken up the entire lobby, at one point, hindering my delivery driver from bringing my food up to my room. I also noticed some water was dripping from my vent fan in the bathroom.

The price was great. The hotel was near everywhere I needed to be. The beds were very comfortable.

Didn't like that people were allowed to smoke Marijuana in the hotel. You could smell it everywhere. Don't know how housekeeping and staff didn't notice it. It's not good when you have children with you.

The bed was very comfortable, decent breakfast

Very minor inconvenience at check in. Room we were assigned to wasn’t ready, no sheets on bed, etc. staff immediately put us in another room, it wasn’t a big deal

The hotel was close to everything. The room was quite nice for a room that was so inexpensive There was nothing about the hotel that we didn't like.

The breakfast could've been a bit better, but other than that, not too bad. The $100 hold on the credit card for incidentals, Is a bit excessive.

Loved the room. Big, comfy, clean, smelled great.

The pool area had been closed each time I have visited. I really was looking forward to it. That would have made the stay perfect!
