Breakfast was great. Everyone on the entire stall was so helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean with a great bathroom/shower.

I reserved and paid for 2 nights through booking.com to travel from Tennessee to Illinois for my sisters wake and funeral. I arrived a day early and asked if I could add a night. Long story short, for the total 3 night stay I was charged twice for 2 days. Ended up calling booking.com and, after they talked with the hotel, they refunded the 2 night overcharge.

It was very clean and very nice!

That the pool wasn’t open at the time it said it would be open because they were cleaning it. My daughter was upset that she didn’t get to swim before we had to check out. There also wasn’t any wash clothes. There was only hand towels and when we called to the front desk to get some there really was none in the whole place. Due to people ruining them I guess.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The room was clean, it was comfortable to sleep. I especially loved the bathroom, the shower was so clean and cozy. The breakfast had a lot of options for everyone, we loved strawberries jam for our pancakes. TV is big and has streaming services. It was nice to have facial soap.

Comfortable, newer, clean, in area with many amenities, safe, friendly staff, good breakfast with several options, free parking near entrance, nice fitness area; next time I'm in the area, I will stay here again!

pool was locked, but water looked murky, which is why we didn't ask about it being locked

Location was very convenient to nearby family. We got a hotel on very late notice and when we had not fully considered the timeline of our evening trip to the airport on check-out day, the staff was very accommodating and allowed as late a check-out as they could in order to avoid another night's charge.

Breakfast bar was missing some options by the time we got there.

The operation of the pool was unorganized it was no way to keep only 15 persons in that area when people we allowed to stay as long as they want when other guest wanted to utilize the pool as well.

I didn't expect such an amazing breakfast selection. I expect great breakfasts in Europe but not in the U.S. It was impressive and the breakfast room staff were exceptionally kind.

Would have been nice to have had a glass in the bathroom, but the coffee cup sufficed.

It was clean, the breakfast was decent. The pool was nice even though it was small. There was plenty of parking.

There isn't much to dislike you get what you pay for.

Convenient to everything I needed to visit.

Guests were super loud throughout the night and into the morning the entire stay. The refrigerator didn’t get cold and it was an inconvenience there was no microwave.
