We were treated so well. Loved the restaurant. Loved the gym facility and it was very close to our family in the area.

We cannot believe that a Hilton property would have an elevator that broke down both days we were there. When we checked in on Friday the girl at the front desk suggested we get a room on ground level because the elevator breaks down when the hotel fills up. She said it causes her great stress. THEY NEED A NEW ONE! Thankfully, we heeded her warning and stayed on the first floor!!!

We stay there several times a year & this was one of best visits yet. Staff, location, complimentary fresh brewed Starbucks nice & early, weight room & gym equipment and workout. Restaurant for breakfast was great & front desk gave me a complimentary $15 gift certificate to use in the restaurant which was much appreciated.

the housekeeping staff is comprised of teens from a rehab facility and they entered my room and stole my personal belonging

perfect location to visit the Credit Union Ampitheatre, which was the sole purpose for my break

The cleanliness and the location next to the convention center are perfect.

So you cant put a small microwave in the rooms. That would make a huge difference. Asked the staff for a real glass. We were looking at real glasses behind the bar but the staff couldnt give us two of them. Seems small but it wouldve made the stay that much better..

The hotel had a newish feel to it. It was clean. The onsite restaurant / lounge was a big plus. The included breakfast was good.

The elevator was being serviced and the signage indicating which elevators were useable was confusing. The service elevator that was offered as an option lurched on the way --up...kinda scary.

I liked that the you had workout equipment in the room and the gym was big. It was easy to workout and the equipment were new.

The windows needed to be fixed they got stuck and I was not able to keep them open.

This is a beautiful hotel. It is very very spacious and very clean. I first look at a bathroom when I enter a room, and this one was spotless. The bathroom was absolutely gorgeous too. The rooms are very very comfortable and this hotel is in a very nice location. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. We are very likely to stay here again. There was a problem with our reservation, and it was not due to anything that the hotel did, or didn’t do. The women at the front desk were extremely patient and had to make a few calls since our booking was through a third-party company. They were extremely accommodating and very very kind.

I liked the location and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only problem I had was the window was leaking because of the rain and I had to use one of my towels to soak up the excess water. However, I called the front desk and they sent maintenance up to my room to check it out and they brought me extra towels to replace the ones that I used.

Our stay was everything we expected and more. The in-room workout equipment was a unexpected bonus. I look forward to returing.

One of the elevators were out. However, they made the service elevator available as an option. Not a huge issue at all.
