The property was clean, comfortable, and close to all sorts of food, shopping, and right across from a huge gym. The room was like a small studio apartment. It was clean and comfortable. The only problem I could say about it is the patreons that were out upstairs and next door neighbors were very inconsiderate with dragging a chair around at 3 o'clock in the morning (above) us. And the same floor neighbors slamming their door at 4/5 o'clock in the morning. This is not the hotels fault I actually said something about it to staff but the patreons have to be considerate. The staff were extremely helpful when I needed extra pillows bcuz I had a back procedure done. Also when we had a non working coffee maker and that and the pillows were brought to our room right away. Before we even got to our room James (front desk clerk who checked us in) had a text sent to me asking how everything was. On the TV the message was welcome (with last name). And Susana was extremely helpful with what was needed. Even after I had been home for 12 hrs and realized I had forgot to sign out of my Netflix acct I texted Susana about it and she answered right away if it automatically signs out when another patreon gets the room. This was the best hotel that we have ever stayed at.

The room is more like a suite with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything clean and neat. The breakfast is good and you can choose between one-way utensils or reusable dishware which is something we highly appreciated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A particular thank you goes to Andrew at the front desk who has a great sense of humor and also helped us to get bathroom towels and amenities late in the evening. We definitively come back if were in the area again.

The room , lobby and breakfast exceeded our expectations. Didn’t expect the room to be so large. At first we thought the rate was a little pricey but it was 5 minutes away from where we needed to be at 8am the next day. But when we saw the room we decided it was actually a bargain! It was updated and decorated with a modern, stylish flair. There was a sofa, coffee table end tables. The large, new tv a a clear picture and every cable and streaming app. the tv swung around so you could watch from the sofa or bed. the bathroom was well appointed with a roomy shower and great water pressure. Shower and toilet were separated from sink area which I find convenient when you’re sharing a room. But totally unexpected was the kitchen! A full size fridge and freezer, updated microwave. full sink, table with table and chairs. There as actually a cooktop built right into counter. Cabinets had pots and pans, real silverware, plates, cups glassware etc. The final surprise was that a hot breakfast was included. I’m talking eggs, turkey sausage, pork sausage and potatoes. I can’t wait until we return for our next stay. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

Traveled for ISVMA Conference at Tinley Park Convention Center. This location was perfect (10-15 min) to convention center, but also great location for groceries (Meijer, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, etc.) and entertainment (at least 2-3 theaters as well as various restaurants. Even though only staying for 3 nights, awesome to have own kitchen (large fridge not mini) because of my specific dietary restrictions needing to make & keep my own food. Breakfast was good option (general spread). Very easy access to side doors & after hours coming in. Front desk was helpful in delaying housekeeping for my stay since I use my own bedding & towels.

Initially at check in had problem with the name Booking.com sent over my reservation under. Figured out with looking up the specific Hilton confirmation code vs. Booking's confirmation code, but otherwise easy stay.

The Suite was very clean and well kept. Staff members were nice and polite. They helped xhange my suite from horrible 209 to a lovely quite suite

Do not accept suite 209. Right atbthe top of thw boiler room. The room became possessed with loud wierd noises. Inwas uncomforrable and could not sleep

We were greeted by the front desk agent whenever we passed through the (spotless) lobby. It was just cool enough to have the fireplace going. Being from the south that really made it feel like vacation. The friendly greetings are what really stood out.

The room was clean and quiet with a well equipped kitchen. The staff was nice and I loved the location. It was surrounded by plenty of places to dine and shop. This location has been to my list of staycation spots!

The hot breakfast left a lot to be desired. Day 1 was ok, but it seems the turkey sausages were a little under done to my liking and the eggs came out of pouch. Day 2 of breakfast, I decided to just go with oatmeal and muffins. The oatmeal wasn't thoroughly cooked. It needed to be completed in the microwave. 3rd day I didn't even attempt to eat breakfast.

All things were pretty good, but our room was right over the very large Air Conditioning System made noise all night, not a very restful room for Seniors.

The Senior room is in a bad location right above the Air Conditioning System!!!

Extremely nice & clean hotel. Great area with easy access to restaurants, things to do, & the highway. We loved the suite & the fact that we had a full fridge, stove, pots, pans & everything kitchen to make & store meals right in our room.

They refuse to check anyone in before 3pm. I understand that is policy but we arrived at 2:30pm & they refuse to accommodate or let us check-in until 3pm, claiming there wasn't any rooms available. The pillows were too soft & the bed isn't the most comfortable.
