Everything was perfect, the staff are nice, the place is new and superclean the lobby is big and elegant.

I didnt like the breakfast system where you have to order and wait . There was only one waitress to take orders and serve i ordered 9:13 and received order 9:58

This property was very clean and new. The hotel seems a little understaffed, but the staff On duty were all very courteous and professional.

The only complaint I had about the facility was how cold the indoor pool was. I was very surprised it was not heated. However, we did still enjoy the pool.

I loved the location of the facility and the options that they had for food. I liked the fact that they had an open bar and plenty of tables in the lobby to sit at. Also the area was safe!! Inside pool is a plus!

I didn't like the fact that this facility does not accept cash. I had a spending limit ony card and was thinking I could pay cash and they don't accept cash. Luckily I had a diff way of paying, but I didn't know they didn't accept cash. There is also a $50 deposit per each room that I didn't know about which wasn't a big deal and it takes 5-7 business days to fall off of your account. The bathroom does not have a vent, so after showering you will be a little chilly. Warm it up ahead of time in the room! House keeping comes around super early. Checkout time on email says 12, but the room tells u at 11. They do give you longer if needed, so that was good.

Loved the number of bathroom towels and bed pillows ( these things are important to me.) the staff were friendly and helpful. The whole place seemed brand new.

I expected free breakfast but only expensive breakfast was offered.

First room keys did not work. Second room heater could not be adjusted. Coffee machine was on a shelf too high to see the controls and add water safely.

Clean room except for a couple handprints on the wall

The toilet paper holder was broken and the toilet right next to the door was odd but otherwise ok. Only 2 towels in the bathroom, no hand towels only wash cloths

We have no complaints. The bar and the breakfast was awesome.

The lighting in the bathroom could have been a lot brighter and a magnifying mirror was needed.

The location was amazing. There was a trail that you could walk around two ponds with ducks and geese in them.. It was great

Location in relation to the concert venue. The newness of the facility. Pleasant staff. Comfortable bed.

Pillows are too soft. The shower door didn't want to stay closed.

Traveling to Houma, LA…this was the perfect place to stop outside of a New Orleans

Attention to small details from cleaning staff…shower gel and shampoo empty…had to wait for shower until we could get a replacement bottle
