Great staff. I met two gentlemen running the front desk, and they were courteous, kind, helpful, and professional. They informed me kindly of amenities and breakfast. They also assisted me when the vending machine did not dispense a water bottle after it charged my debit card. They always smiled and greeted me in the lobby and were kind to all guests. The room was clean and maid- service attentive and caring. The complimentary breakfast also offered a great variety and quality foods. I was truly pleased and will stay again on my next trip.

Most hotels I stay in nowadays reek of marijuana. This hotel DID NOT smell of marijuana but smelled amazing the entire time we were there, from the hallways to the room itself. I give them a round of applause for this bc this weed scent is getting out of hand since it became legal.

The only thing I can say is that the television was outdated and didn't have Netflix or movies, but could only get basic regular tv channels like 5, 7, 9. And also, the heat wouldn't turn on so we had to go get a staff member to assist. Apparently the fuse had to be reset, but the staff member was very kind and fixed it right away.

This is my go to for my mental health get aways either alone or with my significant other. Additionally, I will use this sight once a year going forward my overnight stay to end my business training stay and outing. The staff is always helpful and offers solutions. Requesting a late check out has never been an issue. The breakfast area often closes a little later in the morning to accommodate the guests (which is very helpful after a long night).

There isn't anything to note because everything has been fine thus far and my guest loved it.

Our toilet was broke the Handle didn’t work so there was a bag tied to something to flush it. The staff was very nice and tried switching us to a different room which that one the bathroom light didn’t work we ended up staying in the room w/ the toilet issues and it was fine. The guy that was working was very very nice though so it was ok lol

really enjoyed the flexibility of the staff and the calm environment. it was perfect for our stay. wifi connection was great as well as breakfast. was honestly surprised on what we got for breakfast for only having spent 80$. couldn’t recommend it more, great value for money.

there were a couple spots that might not be on the regular cleaning checklist like on top of certain light switches were a bit dusty, but nothing bad at all. overall very clean and great stay

We were here for a week. Usually by the end of a hotel stay I'm overtired because I don't usually sleep well in hotel beds. However, the beds here were exceptionally comfortable. Since the main reason we were there was to sleep this was awesome and we will definitely be back.

The TV system there is not very good. There was no guide either on screen or on paper in the room. You have to scroll through the channels to find what you want. Plus we had trouble just getting it to work at all. When I went to the desk to tell them, one of the employees came back to the room and showed us that we had to us a "long press" on the keys of the remote, which is just weird. Also we kept having trouble with our room keys. We had to get at least one new one almost every day.

everything was adequate. the hotel was fairly tidy. the breakfast selection was small.

the pricing was a bit on the high side for the accommodation but was in the perfect location for what we needed. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the breakfast selection was very small and the coffee was not good.

Jay and his staff are very accommodating and quick to respond to requests. I enjoyed reading in the second floor lounge area, as well as complimentary breakfast and comfortable beds.

The room was cleaned to my liking but I always bring my personal linen, The breakfast was ok

lot of noise all times of the night, also needed assistance with a stopped up toilet and it took longer than it should

THe staff was very accomadating. It was quiet. Nice breakfast. Clean. Good parking.

Room was a little small. Although the facility was nice, it is in the need of updating. Office chairs ar shot, lamps are old. no USB ports, etc.
