the bathroom shower water was hot just the way I like it. I did not have to wait for it to warm up, that is a bonus with me. The young lady that checked me in, I think her name is Jocelyn, she was informative and helpful. When my room I booked was not ready, she put me in another room with the same amenites I booked. I did not use the restaurant ,but I did hang out in the lounge area. The property smelled so good. I think they use the aroma 360, thats another plus. Everything was clean, and I know clean when I see it. If I had a went by some of the recent reviews I would have not stayed there. People I know give opinion from their own perspective and experience and this is mine.

The check in is at 3pm.

I found the hotel to be nice, clean and the staff was very friendly.

My biggest disappointments... My stay was a Tuesday and Wednesday. The coffee shop was not open either day and the restaurant was not open. Any food purchases were only available in the bar area (same limited menu for two nights). I went down for breakfast and it had been cleaned up early on Wednesday. I was given the reason for all the above to low guest numbers. I understand BUT I came in from out of town, paid the high price for Hilton service and the amenities I purposely paid the price for were not available to me.

I LIKE THE HOTEL'S LOCATION, IT IS NOT REALLY A POPULAR AREA TO WALK IN. BUT THERE ARE A FEW RESTAURANTS AND QUICK AND CONVENIENT STORES NEARBY FOR EMERGENCY CASES. STAFF WAS NICE AT CHECK IN, NOT MUCH TO SAY THERE. DID NOT NEED THEM MUCH AT ALL.

I WOULD SAY THE UPKEEPING OF THE POOL AREA WAS NEEDED, IT WAS WATER ALL OVER THE PLACE, LIKE PUDDLES IN AREAS IT SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN. THERE WERE NO TOWELS AT ALL IN THE AREA WHERE THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN, WHICH WAS A DOWNFALL DUE TO US HAVING YOUNG CHILDREN AND BEING TOLD THERE WOULD BE SOME PROVIDED.

Location was great Family member at Christ Hospital

Ok, for the price we paid, was very disappointed that ur using 1 ply toilet paper. Maybe its not a big thing for U, but not acceptable when I stay and pay big bucks for 1 night And I was very disappointed that there wasn’t a make up mirror in the bathroom Last ur hotel can at least to have free breakfast Thanks for listening. Hope u take my remarks and suggestions seriously Never got to use my Hilton rewards, when I called them, told me no rooms were available. So I went else to get a room there. Not happy about that All in all our stay was what we needed, a bed to rest our head, From Michigan,

I like the security of the hotel. I also like the consideration of the staff putting me in a room far from the families with their children having a fun time over the weekend. My room was very comfortable and I was able to relax.

I attended a larger event in the ballroom. The women’s restrooms near the ballroom seriously needed attention which was not taken care of during the evening. When I arrived I physically handed the front desk attendant the card I wished to have my charges put on. I had also made that request through Booking.com days before as well. The front desk assistant did not follow as instructed and the charge went through on the incorrect card. The situation was poorly handled especially for a Hilton property. Disappointed in that regard.

I like the location because it is close to family, shops, and restaurants. The room was very quiet. People were celebrating and loud in the lobby, and other floors, I did not hear them even though I was on their 1st floor, which is actually like a 2nd floor. I rested well.

I didn't like that my room door opened outward. Nothing occurred to me or my belongings, and I could see security staff in the lobby. I prefer a room where the door opens inside the room.

I stayed with 2 friends. Our room was perfect! The staff were all so friendly. We used the hotels shuttle everyday we were there and all of the drivers we so friendly and super helpful!

The pool was a little less than what I expected. It seemed a little dirty and our swimsuits smelled gross after we washed and dried them so we threw them away. Not smelled like chlorine or anything, I feel like that is a normal experience for a pool. But almost like B.O. and pee.

The lobby and room floors looked clean. The restaurant offered a great breakfast.

The hotel looked dated within the room. Because the bathroom didn't have any windows. There was visible mold and condensation damage to parts of the ceiling and baseboard. The lobby restaurant was ok but closed relatively early with interesting but limited menu. The bathroom was small.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Plenty of hot water even when 5 people showered in a row.

The pool was really dirty. Large quantities of hair and debris in the water. The entire pool was cloudy, water level low, no towels available. We had to call the front desk twice and walked to the front desk once to ask for swimming towels. Mini fridge in the room was built up with ice and freezer was unable to be used.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. It's very spacious & comfortable.

I love the smell of the body wash that's provided in the bathrooms. Unfortunately they were out of the shower size bottles & only had the small sample sizes. They only had 1 sample size in the room & I asked for more. I was given 2 more and used them right away. Being as though I will be here a couple of days, I hate to have to ask for more so I will have to go purchase some.
