My room was nice and the shower was EXCELLENT!! The gym was nice and my family loved the breakfast.

There was some sort of noise that happened periodically, possibly construction or maybe my room was over the laundry area or something...most disturbing.

Great friendly staff. Very clean accommodations in a quiet area. Good location off expressway & main road. Shopping & restaurants close by. Room was comfortable esp with its amenities. The bed was a bit hard but some would like that. They have a pool and decent work out area which I never got around to using. They've got the coolest window shades I've ever seen. I would definitely come back!

To me the bed was hard. There was nothing else negative about this place.

We have family in Naperville so we have stayed in many hotels in the area over the last 20 years. Fairfield Inn Bolingbrook is our new favorite.

Super clean room and hotel overall. The breakfast was great and had good rotation of hot items. Great location and close to train.

They only will clean the room and make beds every other day, that was disappointing.

The refrigerator had an odor, there was a very loud disturbance in the room next to me the last night of my stay where I was afraid of what was going on in that room!

The room and all in the room had a new and fresh feel.

Crumbs were found under a wasrebasket, and a pod of salad dressing was left behind on a counter by housekeeping, causing me to wonder what else they may have missed.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable. Easy parking.

Noisy, walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone.

I felt safe, no loud music or conversations. The hotel was very clean, not even a smudge on the elevator doors. Everything was spotless 🙌

The hotel was very clean, and the fitness center was impressive! The staff were very nice to my family and were extra helpful when we accidentally got locked out of our room.

Very clean, good comfortable bed, the staff on reception were very welcoming & helpful. Good car parking & free. Breakfast was good. Pool was clean but a little small. Would stay again if in town.
