Facility was fairly easy to find for an out-of-towner. The front desk area was very nice and was fairly up-to-date. My room was on the third floor - the elevator was okay. My room was better than expected. The carpet looked new, the furniture was good. The bathroom was looking a bit old, but it was clean and everything worked okay. Overall, it met my needs and I was comfortable.

It didn't matter what day of the week - the breakfast was meager. They offered 2 cold cereals, packages of instant oatmeal, waffles, very small containers of yogurt and a few prepackaged pastries. That was it! There was no bread to toast, no bagels, no peanut butter and jelly. No fresh fruit. I ate breakfast there once, and the rest of the days I didn't bother. Coffee was better than what you can make in your room, but it wasn't very good. There's a Starbucks right down the street.

Location worked out perfectly for our funeral commute and family time afterwards, too! The staff was super friendly, helpful and so accommodating! Thanks!

Breakfast hours did not meet our needs! I NEVER eat before 9 a.m. … especially on vacation! We missed two out of the three days, but the staff was able to provide a yogurt in order to take vitamins! Thank you!

I like the friendliness of the morning staff. Loved the waffle maker.

Uncomfortable pillows hurt my and his ears after sleeping for a liitle bit it kept us both awake and uncomfortable but bed was fine. I would of loved a tray so you could take breakfast up to room, instead of making two trips to get condiments or drinks. The photo was after we slept in the bed. ;)

Very pleased with The Quality Inn of Bolingbrook , its staff , the comfort and the cleanliness . They are my choice of stay in the Bolingbrook, Romeoville and Naperville areas . Bobby Jagoe

Everything was excellent about this motel . The only request would be a hand held shower wand in the non handicap bathrooms .

Front Desk person was efficient , friendly and helpful. The hotel was set up well where we could use stairs easily . Parking was easy and plentiful. The pool and hot tub were bonuses we did not get to enjoy ! Clean everywhere!

Just older , a little outdated decor .

There could be eggs, meat for breakfast. Even hard boiled is better than the all gluten breakfast offered. Housekeeping sprayed the room with something. As I have fragrance allergies it wasn’t appreciated. However we were able to open the window and it dissipated quickly.

The staff was very welcoming , helpful, and available at all times. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had all the basics like muffins, yogurt and cereals, etc. But also hot waffles.

There was a mix up in my room preferences. The front desk lady worked very hard to accommodate me and it worked out great . The motel exceeded my expectation in service , staff , comfort and cleanliness.

More handicap parking ?

Location awesome, breakfast could be better but specially could start little earlier for the people that get out for work at 5:00am

Cleaning could be better , noticed some hair in the bathroom of previous guests

It was clean and rooms are comfy.

We didn't like breakfast. Everything was sweet and salty to eat. Only think you can make by yourself to be fresh are waffles.
