This was our second stay, having begun and ended our journey on Route 66 here. The pool is great and the property with the fire pit and pond is really quite special.

We had some issues with our initial booking (through Hotwire), but a staff member eventually resolved it (though we had to go through a few staff to do it).. Booking.com was seamless. I would skip breakfast and go to Cracker Barrel across the street, but you are likely to have a decent burger here in the evening. Front of house staff were really nice, but both times at the restaurant we found the wait staff to be a bit oddly blunt.

Staff is exceptional! Jennifer, in the Bar/Restaurant is by far the best to have worked at "Burger Theory". She has an incredible inviting friendly personality that exudes customer service. Also, Alvea, Jody and the rest of your check in staff are also warm, friendly and very welcoming.This is one of my favorite Hotels to stay at. The Rooms are always spotless and kept up to high standards as the rest of rhe Hotel is also.

The pay coffee machine is really a joke. Everytime, I've used it, it wasn't working. Most other Hotels I stay in throughout the Country offer free Coffee in the Lobby area.

The comfort of the facility.

The towels need to be updated and the pool area need to be cleaned more often and towels stocked. The pool towels should not be dumped on the floor when they get collected.

Majority of parking far away from entrance doors. Was not able to use the entrance near conference rooms.

I loved that it was so clean.

The receptionist looked mad because a lot of people were checking in at the same time and it was only him.

Parking was a bit of a challenge. Semis took up several spots close to the entrance which was frustrating.

The room was amazing and was spacious for my disabled mother and her wheelchair. Will only stay here. Every time I visit!

Room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The water in the shower could have been hotter.

Very clean, very quiet. Very relaxing, nice bed. Big room. Quiet outer hallway.

Limited food choices in only hotel restaurant. Had to get my luggage to my room myself, no offer to help me at all by hotel staff.
