I’d been on the road two days already when I reached Joliet. The previous nights in other well recognized properties did not match the cleanliness, hospitality, or tasty warm breakfast of the Joliet Hampton Inn, but the really big difference was the comfortable bed and pillows, allowing for a very restful night’s sleep.

Rooms were clean. Check in was quick and easy. Front desk staff were very friendly. Their breakfast was very good with a large assortment of food.

Bathroom was smaller than I had been to before. The shower door kept opening, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Breakfast area is on the smaller side so it did feel a little congested with other people in waiting for their food.

Room was nice and staff was very kind

Very noisy both with traffic from the interstate and also people next door/ in the hallway. We also had no conditioner in our shower, which we informed the front desk of, but was never refilled.

Very clean. Fully stocked snack items for purchase. Very quiet. Gym had top of the line equipment and even a peloton. Great and easy location. Good coffee in the morning. I will stay again.

Night staff not as friendly as day staff but that’s okay. Still had a lovely experience and the late shift can be tough.

The only thing I can say I disliked was that they had eggs that were scrambled with cheese in the middle and they were nasty But the rest of the food was okay. But that was mine and my husband's personal opinion.

I wanted to take the bed home. The pillows were so comfortable. Everything was clean. Tv was big. Hot tube and pool looked clean. Breakfast my God the Breakfast was on point...

You can hear people out in the hallway from in the room but thats everywhere

Staff friendly and helpful. Located just off major interstate. Room clean and comfortable. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker available. Nice indoor pool and spa area.

Would have liked self laundry services. Limited breakfast for my taste.

Everything was top of the line. Comfortable room, nice pool, great breakfast, competent cheerful staff, and great location for our needs.
