Front desk informed us that the elevator was out of order and allowed us to change our room to the first floor for convenience. The staff person was incredibly helpful and friendly. I will certainly book more with Fairfield Hotels.

The one thing that could have been better was signage when arriving at the hotel. It was not readily visualized. Also the shampoo and body soaps were not in sealed individual containers. I choose not to use the communal soap pumps as they can be tampered with.

Room was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Price reasonable.

Bathroom lighting—not good for applying makeup. Close-up mirror would be helpful For shaving and makeup. Breakfast was ok. Hot water for tea was tepid. Area too small; seating was crammed. However, waffles, eggs, and oatmeal were very good; good selection of toppings but would have appreciated more fresh fruit like strawberries.

The staff was great very helpful with check in and answering any questions. The first shift employee was bomb she was running the breakfast and front like a pro!!! 10/10 for the staff.

I was disappointed because the pool looks much bigger in the photos and the photos show a hot tub which was one of the reasons we picked this particular facility. Other than that everything else was great.

The website lists rollaway availability for the double queen rooms but upon request was told they don’t offer it. Not a huge deal but would’ve been nice to know ahead of time!

Wonderful Service..awesome breakfast enjoyed our stay and comfortable Quinton was amazing...our tv wasn't working & he tried to fix it but he got us another room asap...very helpful ..he deserves a raise!!!!

Excellent staff. They met all of our needs. Staff was courteous and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable.

If I had one complaint it would be that there was no maid service during our stay

The breakfast was great, not flashy, but very good. The breakfast area crew were friendly and courteous. The front desk attendant at checking was fantastic! He was courteous, respectful and funny. Give that man a raise!

Been up front about pet deposit. I have never spent $100 on a non refundable deposit! I would not have stayed at this location had that information had been posted. $20 pet deposit is ok $100 is NOT ok!

Everything was great, room was clean, pool was good and open at 6am, breakfast was good to.

Maybe like scrambled eggs instead of sandwiches

They charged for Parking!? It was only $10, but come on. Our room was 78 degrees when we arrived.
