This hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff at the Wingate by Wyndham in Joliet is truly top-notch. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional service. Makayla at the front desk was so welcoming and efficient, and we were consistently impressed by the professionalism and helpfulness of Beth, Dylan, and Matthew. The entire property, including our room, was spotless and well-maintained. We felt right at home and can't recommend this place enough for anyone visiting the area 🙂

Everything was good until check out, we did a cash deposit I got that back once we turned in the key, and left, then I get a text Notification on my phone stating that a charge on my debit card of $200 from Wingate, so I called asking what’s is going on, the guy at the front desk said the guy charged the wrong account, yes so put my money back on my account ASAP. Then I called back cause he said give him 30min to an hour and nothing, then he said someone will reach out to me and I haven’t received a call yet!

The breakfast had variety, and the food was well done. The hostess for the breakfast today (7/20) was really excellent. We thought the price for the two nights was really reasonable, especially for the excellent accommodations.

The treadmill in the exercise room was a little hard to operate. When I went for help, the kind gentleman at the check-in desk (on 7/20 at 7:15 A.M.) came and got it operating for me! He was most cheerful!

Clean, very helpful staff, traveled with a service dog, met our late request of first floor, parking right out our window, rate was lower than originally quoted. Great place to stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

I can't really think of anything I didn't like. Only thing ... someone knocked on our door next day at 8:30 am saying checkout was 11 am. Sign on the front and associate upon checking in stated check out was at noon. It was not an issue as we left at 9 am.

Amazing staff from Beth at the front desk to Adela on the cleaning crew. Everyone was so nice and helpful. My biggest plus was how clean everything was. It's an older property but great value.

Wouldn't say I didn't like but, it is an older property and really needs new carpet and perhaps new tile in the bathrooms.

Good location, quite hotel and Staff specially front desk Asst Manager Dylan Bernal and a gentleman Micheal, they welcomed responded on every single query, breakfast was good enough and small gym for your daily workout

Nothing special in a gym treadmill was out of order and rest of the hotel is good

The location was close to where I needed it to be. The staff was friendly, explained everything to me, and relaxed my stay. I will stay there again whenever I am back in town.

There was nothing I didn't like about this place. It was convenient for where I stayed, but the bathroom sink did have low hot water pressure.

Stayed for one night whilst driving through the US and did the job. Friendly and efficient staff, plenty of free parking, and comfortable and clean hotel and room.

Not walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants, but we knew that before booking and had a car.

Staring of with the location, great safe area. Easy access to i55. Then the manager “Beth” was the most helpful person, so kind and very friendly. Room super clean, room service was there all the time. They covered our room during the night since we was working night shift.
