I stayed at this hotel twice and both times had issues with the laundry facilities. The washers and dryers only accept coins, and there is no option to pay by card or exchange bills for coins on-site. As a truck driver, I often use similar machines at truck stops where payment is much more convenient — by card or with easy coin exchange at the counter. It was very frustrating and time-consuming to find change nearby, especially since local businesses refused to help. I strongly recommend that the hotel management install a coin exchange machine or enable card payments for the laundry. It would greatly improve the guest experience.

We stayed on the main floor. I loved that they asked us what we preferred. Lugging suitcases to the second floor is not fun. So we got a first floor room which was perfect. The room itself was small but nice and clean and I was everything we need. We're on a road trip so our stays are basically just for sleeping and the Red Roof Inn is perfect for travelers. Highly recommended!

I would have liked a couple lawn chairs out front. It's a non-smoking hotel which I respect. But a couple chairs out front would be really nice for us nasty smokers!! Otherwise I have no complaints.

Peaceful night sleep, which is about all we did at the location. Secure surroundings -- which was nice after having two bikes stolen the previous night at the America's Best Value Inn in Fargo, N.D. Quick and easy assess to the expressway, without excessive road noise.

Parking was a slight annoyance, as we had to park on behind our hotel room, all the parking spots in front being parked up on arrival -- although we were able to move car in front of hotel room to pack up for departure.

Great location and price . Rooms are clean

Guy at the front desk was asleep when I got there had to wake him up by tapping on the window, then he really just acted like my business was an inconvenience. There was no dial for me to adjust the output of the refrigerator… my stuff was frozen in the morning

The room was large and it was clean, it was immaculate, spotless. The bed was super comfortable, there was plenty of room, it was just an awesome stay. They allowed pets so I had my best friend with me Sam my German Shepherd. I'll definitely stay there again and I recommend it to anyone.

I loved how comfortable and put together the room was. It was nicely sized, not too big or small. Had very little issues.

The toilet wobbled a little bit. The TV didn't have the best options, and is a little outdated, but I was still able to find something to watch, so I wasn't too picky about it.

Sometimes weirdos screw up and impacts other guest. I understand business can’t discriminate, but some of these people who come here can be a bit irritating.

Price was great, rooms are always clean. There was a weird film on the floor this time that made it a little slick. Like cleaner was poured on the floor to mop but no water

Still amidst room renovations. I had the opportunity to be in old and new and wow completely different.

the bed that is advertised as king for the room was basically a box spring with a mattress topper the bed sinks down in all the spots It is not an actual bed when we stayed in a room with double beds, there were roaches the towels given have gross stains on them
