I like the customer hospitality.The front desk staff was excellent we couldn't leave up out of there because the beds were so comfortable, the place was really nice and clean. I will stay there again. Thank you

They didn't have meat selections. The reason why I chose the hotel was because I saw turkey sausage on the site. They only offered pork the whole weekend but it was okay

Some creamer in the bedrooms for hot beverages would be welcome Some hot water at breakfast for us tea drinkers would be lovely When I told the receptionist the reason for my visit was a family funeral she didn’t sympathise. Little more personal touch would be nice.

The hotel itself was great. I would have liked to pay a bit less, that would have been a bonus. This hotel needs some signs at the street you turn onto to get to the hotel to alert you that it is there. I had a terrible time figuring out where it was as it is rather hidden off Lagrange Avenue with no sign. A sign would have saved me a lot of time. I was already running late to a reunion and not being able to find the hotel easily only added to my frustration. I would stay there again.

See my comments above.... but also when you turn the water on in the bathroom sink, the water gets all over the area around the sink. I had my makeup bag there and it got soaked. Bad design or something.

that the hotel was newly built under 5 years old. The breakfast had a good selection of choices and tasted very good. The front desk employees were very friendly.

I had a handicap room, there was only one desk chair for sitting I requested multiple times for an additional chair (even a simple one from the meeting room) did not get one. The tub had enough handles, but the bottom was very slippery would be better if a mat was used. The beds were very comfortable but very high and difficult to get on and off without my husbands assistant.

bathroom detailing - rust and mold removal on the outside and corners in the bathroom. This is a problem in every hotel that I wish you all would include in your regular maintenance.

I tried to check out and no one helped me despite an employee being right at the computer and not saying a word. As someone that works in customer service, a simple “you can place key card here thank you” would have made a difference instead of standing there ignoring me.

the location and the amenities of the hotel was great. Customer service at the front was outstanding … upon arriving and coming in the staff acknowledged me and greeted me with a smile.

The price was a bit on the expensive side. For the amount paid, the expectation of the front should be clean and “cigarette butt free” … not a first good impression.

Very clean rooms. Staff was also very helpful and kind. Greeted us right when we came in with smiles.

The pool was a bit murky but i believe it was from recently poured chlorine…

I liked the sofa bed, the room amenities, especially the mini fridge. We had a room with a great view! I also liked the ease of getting the extra things that were needed for our room. I liked the feel of the hotel, and would totally stay at another holiday inn express.

Unfortunately, we had people above us who were very loud and disruptive. We had to call several times to complain. Although a staff member called and knocked on their door several times, they continued to be loud through the entire night. It affected all of our sleep. So unfortunate. An additional inconvenience was not being able to hook up our Google speaker and PS4 to the internet. I wish there was a way.

I had an amazing experience during my stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
